I applied the same rules, as he did for the Back workout video with Kris Gethin , and I have to say It was GENIUS. my back was sooo sore the next day. ever since I am watching these videos, I pay attention to my scapula, ROM for exercises and so on and so forth. thank you a million Ben

Incredibly helpful, makes a HUGE difference. Cant thank you enough for sharing these tips and tricks. Saves a lot of wear and tear on the shoulder doing correct form. Even without any weight you can feel activation exactly where it is being worked. I have all your programs and I still love to see these review episodes on specific moves.
You are changing body building into an intelligent art form. BEST INFO OUT THERE.

What a great video! Short, concise and well informed, and exactly what bodybuilders of all levels need to hear. It doesn't try to sell you anything. It's what SixPackShortcuts used to be before they became a bunch of sellouts. Keep up the great work!

I love all the activation videos. Just one question, when do I incorporate those into my Mi40 program? Very beginning of the whole workout or just before the shoulder exercises? How many reps and sets should I do?

I thought in the other video, you said that for a rear delt exercise, as in every back exercise, we should always first RETRACT (not protract) the shoulder blades. Am I wrong then?
