1. Lifelines. - While I know her heirloom isn’t the flashiest and is a bit outdated, it’s still such an amazing heirloom. The animations it has are fluent and smooth (especially the third person), the si-fi lightsaber noises it makes are so damn cool to listen to, and the shock effects are just such a nice touch. The heirloom itself just has such a nice design to it, the stickers really help it pop. 2. Wattson. - While some call it a Walmart scanner, it has so much of Wattsons personality packed into it that it’s just amazing. The animations it has are super fun and cute, and the design of it makes sense for her character as well! People wanted her to have a blade or something, but that doesn’t fit her character. What we got however, exactly does. 3. Revenant - Pure power. Evil. Wicked. You can feel the aura that does into this blade, truly you are the reaper when you have this. It’s a sick design with sicker animations, and frankly is probably the best heirloom in the game. Why is it 3? It glows. Super. Bright. Say goodbye to hiding cause you are a permanent light up stick for someone who’s supposed to be sneaky. Still, really cool. 4. Octane - Such a accurate heirloom to give to him. It has everything people could want- it’s a blade, it has his personality, and it’s got an amazing animation. It’s lower on the list as I’m not a fan of how the spin animation when you got from walking to running is really distracting and not as fluent as it could be. Still, really cool. 5. Loba - I love this heirloom, it just fits her so well. It was hard thinking of what to give her cause she already has an heirloom literally in her kit, but they made it work. I’ve got a couple issues with it though. I think it’s just generally a bit bland? Like, it has this subtle beautiful pattern on it that you can barely see in the sunlight, and I wish that was just prominently shown. The blades are cool but I swear they don’t apply to real life, I mean she has an animation where the heirloom is like a blade but the knives just.. go into each other? Not behind? It’s really strange. Also, her skin really matters as a lot of hers has her with gloves on, but has multiple animations where she’s doing stuff with her long acrylics. So it kinda defeats the point of it at that point. STILL, I do really love the animations and the beautiful hot pink slash effect, very nice.
Cryptos heirloom is cool honestly and really fits his character, I’m just not a big Crypto player Lifeline IS number one cause it’s epic, butttt I think I’d probably put Wraith at number 2 and lower everything down. Fuse is eh. Like, a guitar is kinda cool but it’s whatever

Wraith heirloom is the most sleek heirloom and extremely fitting of wraiths aesthetic that’s why. It’s animation is basic but the constant spinning animation is clean and very satisfying to watch and do during normal gameplay. Revs scythe just looks bulky and blocks so much of the screen, it’s decently cool as well but it’s only cool bc “big edgy scythe” nothing about the actual design of it is cool or stands out in particular. Also let’s be real, how often are people standing there to watch these entire intricate animations happen on the heirloom, except for maybe the first time you get it. Mirage heirloom is by far the worst in the game btw as far as aesthetic goes.

Damn, with all due respect, hard disagree with wraith’s and valk. I find valk’s one very disappointing, the idea is cool, a spear, but that’s all it is. Wraith being number one is fuelled by nostalgia. The only thing I can say about it is that it feels nice and has one of the best spam animations. Rev, crypto and Bangalore has the best ones in my opinion. At the end of the day these are all opinions.

Lifeline’s heirloom is EASILY the best heirloom in the game. It’s creative, aesthetically pleasing and fits the legend down to the t. Something about drumstick defibrillators with handles covered in graffiti resonates so much with her character. (I am also totally not a biased Lifeline main who has triple triple and 4K with her)
