I've seen you use ingredients recently that are very popular in the middle east. Try to make fattet hummus (also known to Syrians as Tisiyeh). I think you'll like it a lot as it's super simple, cheap, and fits your taste in salad dressing!

Olive oil in green chutney? If you're talking about the chaat chutney, that green chutney has coriander, mint, green chilli, lime and cumin. If you're talking about the kabab green chutney, that has coriander, mint, green chilli, curd. Neither of them have both lemon+curd and neither of them have tahini or olive oil... :/ We do have insanely good food in India/Indian subcontinent. This just isn't Indian chutney... it could be inspired by Indian cuisine but I doubt that because we don't do this combination... and we definitely don't put it on salads. 😅
