Mix 300 ml full milk
250 gr wheat flower
2 eggs
A pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon baking powder (not soda)
Butter the pan
Butter on top
Powdered sugar on top
We eat it with a thick slice of butter on top and powdered sugar over it.

Hi! I’m from the Netherlands. It’s a nice try but not authentic.
The original dutch poffertjes the are served with butter and powdered sugar or you can served poffertjes with powdered sugar and liquor.
