If you're using the grille in the shop, do you leave the baker on so its ready to go as soon as someone orders them, or do you have to factor in the time it takes to heat it up when you make an "on demand" batch?
Hi Steven, Love your video. We are thinking o start this business at our morinf market. Would like to ask you what is the brand of your machine is and where d purchase it?
Been seriously thinking about selling these in the US. Would I have to call them poffertjes, since no one would know what they are here? I’d call them mini pancakes
Poffertjes are the tiny Dutch pancakes topped with maple syrup and powder.
Do you sell these into Australia? Thanks.
Awesome!
