You will need to follow the directions on the package. However, you can also do this with papier mache if you didn't have clay.

I used a brand called Sculpey. It's an oven bake clay.

For sure...you could use paper mache for it. I actually wish I did it that way instead of the clay.

No where haha. I just mess around until I figure it out. Sometimes it works out, other times it looks bad, but it takes practice.
