- 1. 0:01-0:41 Download Dolphin emulator: dolphin-emu.or... unzip it and create a .txt file inside and name it portable.txt
2. 0:42-1:04 Run dolphin.exe Go to config then paths and select the path where your Twilight Princess (pal).iso game is located. (Europe version only) Mine is located at downloads.
3. 1:06-1:29 Right click on game then go to properties then file system then right click and extract entire disc. in the popup window within dolphin-x64 create a folder named “ext”
4. 1:38 Join Kirbimimi’s Caravan discord Server : / discord and in the # mods Channel download the latest mod bundle for twilight princess currently named ZTPMP.rar (used to be “arc.rar” as shown in the video)
5. 2:10-3:09 Extract ZTPMP.rar (arc.rar in the video) preferably with 7zip then download and Run lunar ips-www.romhacking.... Click apply patch then patch main.dol located in ext - Sys. Then replace bi2.bin file in Ext folder with bi2.bin file from Arc.rar (now ZTPMP) folder.
6. 3:53 (Required) change memory1 to 48mb.
The split-screen mod is now ready to play just configure both controllers and the graphics options according to your hardware.
5:49-7:01 if when starting the game the bottom split screen has this issue disable Arbitrary mipmap detection then relaunching the game will fix it.

got it to work! by chance know how to do dual screen? I have 2 monitors and would prefer to play that way. I have reshade but don't know how to do it properly

This method used to desync often but has supposedly been fixed.
If any problems are experienced i would just wait until twilight princess online is out.

7:11-7:46 is how to enable 16:9 widescreen or just set aspect ratio in graphics to 4:3
6:02 in the video is how it looks without widescreen enabled (4:3 aspect ratio) looks badly stretched out but after enabling the 16:9 widescreen code it looks alot better like it does at 8:07

I have a question, does it work on Windows 11? because when I try to open the first program it just never opens
@Diemnew by first program do you mean dolphin emulator? If so yes you should be able to open it, check to make sure your virus software isn't mistaken the exe for a virus
Just curious, I’ve done everything right except for the change in memory. I’m attempting to do this on my series x w dolphin UWP, I’ve gotten every other mod I’ve tried to work. Would there be a way to manually change the memory sliders from an ini file or another file in the dolphin folder?
For reference it’s running off one of the most recent dev builds of dolphin
I dont think you can change it through an ini but if you can it would either be within gfx.ini or dolphin.ini if you come across it let me know i'd like to try it on my series x as well.

Just tested this tutorial and this happened to me when i didnt set the emulated memory to 48mbs from step 6 or if i replace the bi2 file too early. Also make sure the rom is the Europe version.

Sorry for the question but when i extracted the game mine didnt have the sys carpet where the main.dol should be, any idea why this happened? I got the european iso
You need to extract the entire disc to a created folder as step 3 says, name it “ext” and the sys folder will be in there

@@shiraznghtmr3901 you created a folder and extracted it to it and nothings there? Try updating your dolphin emulator not sure how else to help you

I extracted two times with the ext name on the folder and it isn't showing
