10:20 there is a smaller version of this bag and it's called The Norfolk. I have them and the larger one you have and they are great! but DANG $30???? whew! You got a steal on that one! I got mine on eBay about 16 years ago and man they are HEAVY EMPTY lololol, but I still love them, just wish I knew the name of the larger version of the Norfolk. luv ur hair!

Don't use Clorex wipes on leather purses. The alcohol in the wipes will dry the leather out. You can use lemon Pledge to clean your purses because the oil in the Pledge will clean and moisturize the leather.

I have 4 vintage satchel bags and a medium one. They have the tags and keys. Green,tan,dark blue & red.I claimed the black one.. They have the guaranteed cards. I have the address and phone number to the company.

I love Dooney & Bourke purses😍 I don't thrift often and when I do I haven't been fortunate to find any designer bags. However it doesn't stop me from purchasing them. That last bag is my favorite because it's blue and it has the vachetta leather trim. Tfs💕

I like all the Dooney and Bourke bags my ex boyfriend on the 80s bought me a lot off Dooney & Bourke I think the quality was better back then I agree with what you said you know I think the older bags no matter who made them we're better quality the clothes were nicer the shoes were beautiful and just like anything it's not me like it used to be enjoy your collection bye

Did you ever send out a bag for repair to the Dooney & Bourke factory? I received a free (for me) tiny bag that I can wear as a belt-purse, but a little metal closure is broken. So , I wonder - should I send it out to the factory?
I've never had to send anything for repair. I've been fortunate enough to snag some great items in exceptional condition, especially for their age. I don't think that you would have any issues sending something out to them for repair though.

I'm loving the wig. I wanna try but I've never tried them before. Any advice??
My advice is just go for it hun! I LOVE my wigs and that's less manipulation that I have to do on my own hair so it grows more. I'm definitely no expert but I have a few wig videos. I don't do much to mine at all. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to stuff like that. I need to be able to get up and go quickly lol. Just try it! You'll love it ❤

DB is considered a water downed brand these days but there is no doubt the quality was high. That said, vintage DB is just too heavy for the modern girl. Even a tiny clutch weighs a ton.

Could anyone help me authenticate a dooney and bourke bag I found recently at a thrift store? It is a small red satchel made of fabric and has leather handles and accents. The stitching is clean and no flaws. It has an oval logo on the front with the duck and Dooney and Bourke written out. Mine unfortunately didn't have it's long strap. The rivets have dooney and bourke stamped on them. The inside is red and has leather accents like the outside. It has a red white and blue tag matched authentic bags that I looked up and on the back of the tag it has a serial number with a J signifying it was made in china which matched the second small tag saying it was made in china. It has a cell phone picket with snap closure, a leather strap for clipping keys, a small pocket , a zip pocket, with a pocket bellow that shock is as long as the zip one. It has another leather logo sewn in that says Dooney &Bourke since 1975 I think and the zipper pull has a cool rope like look to it. There is no fob maybe it was removed?

It also has four metal feet on two strips of leather on the bottom I forgot to mention that

We have to be careful, I remember the fakes back In the 80`s and they are very good high quality copies. I always look for the red white and blue Dooney tag inside. You can't tell which is which just by looking!
