I downloaded the video to my pc cause that exhaust just sounds too good. Might have to get those mufflers welding in on my 87gt. Idk what mufflers i have yet,they are not flowmasters,the mufflers are square shaped like mac but they aint mac i dont think cause i had mac on my 94gt. I have longtubes and a hpipe,i bet those mufflers would sound loud as fuck on my shit,my car already sounds too loud at drive thru's,i can barely order.
Haha Thanks man! Yea, the Stainless Steel Systems Catback was for the new edge mustangs, they never made it for Foxbodys. Bought the mufflers off someone who had the full catback.
I’ve been taking in all of the Foxbody videos that I can here lately. Been following you for a bit but just came across this video and realized you’re in the Valley. I’m in T.O.! I just bought my second Fox and slowly because of work trying to get the parts switched over from my ‘92 GT that I’ve had for 20 years as well as the boxes of parts I have sitting at home to install them on my new ‘91 LX 5.0. Once the car is road worthy again if you’re up for it we should do a cruise through the canyons and down PCH. It will allow me to work in my new Maximum Motorsports suspension and get some miles on my built 347 so I can get her tuned. I wish I had a time frame but this movie I’m working on has been brutal as far as a home life and being able to work on my cars go. Hoping to at least have it on the road in time for Knott’s next April at least to be able to drive it there. Let me know.
If you don't have an aftermarket clutch quadrant or firewall adjuster, I recommend getting them. That way you can adjust the shift feel and clutch engagement on the car. Overtime, the clutch wears out and the clutch cable needs to be re-adjusted. Or your clutch cable stretches. (that's what happened to me, gear engagement was hard because the cable was stretching)
