Ugh. Some of the creepiest folks I've ever known were "traditionally attractive." They thought they were above any sort of normal guidelines for human behavior. I don't care what someone looks like; unless I've given permission, grabbing me, getting all touchy-feely or invading my personal space for no reason is just plain upsetting.

In my experience, being a 3/10 guy with a 9/10 guy for a best friend, looks are everything. Women will make a bad excuse and walk away when I ask them about their life and their interests, while my friend can go on for hours about history and politics and basically have women who hate those subjects fawning over every word he says.

I feel like some of them are seriously just being polite or just playing around. They smile at you, laugh at your jokes, wink with an eye to you, but if you ask them out they say „oh I though we were just friends“.
From my experience it’s extremely rare that a girl is rude to you 99% of the time they are extremely nice and genuine. But I feel like they all just want you as a friend not as a partner. Even getting ghosted is rare and when it happens they always have an excuse.
