    I got no cable machines😢😢, just two dumbbells with 16kg both and theres no gym in our town😭😭

      look, i have some screw hooks in my wall where i put my rings, i dicovered that i can place my weights(that have rope and a bamboo grip) through the ring, and works for me, the resistance is good and you can also train the sudden fall technique (that one that you lift explosively and resisting the fall of the weight, damaging the tendons). it dosent have to be with rings, the thing is that with weights, screws and a rope or something where you can put your weight to make the resistance coming from like those cable machines do is posible with very little

    I would suggest not to drag your elbow...like levan did...dragging+ cupping is easy...but strict Cup is hard

      Sure but on table you don't JUST cup, you try to cup and pull your opponent across the table. This training is more specific to armwrestling than JUST cupping, but of course cupping in isolation is great for improving cup. But if your back is stronger than your cup, you'll try to cup, pull back, and oops you've opened your own hand backwards.

    Hi guys, does it have a benefit to drop the weight after each rep? I more often see people keeping tension for the whole set without dropping the weight.

      They focus on the concentric part of the movement only in this variation. There are benefits to both.
