The WOW trail is NOT a DH trail as stated in the description. It is listed as both directions on Trailforks, and is in fact both. DH riders, please remember to yield to uphill traffic.
@@LEGENDofBEANY I was talking about Randy and I "climbing" while we were on the trail. Even though you may shuttle, there is still like 600' of climbing that comes around the beginning of the trail. Shuttling is easy because the road right there actually crosses the bottom and top of the trail. I've heard climbing out and back is pretty brutal, I've never done it. Best of luck, enjoy the ride!
So, gopro on helmet feels too removed from the action for me, although the head provides good stabilization. Instead I am running a gimbal (Zihyun Rider-m) chest mounted for stabilization and perspective. I really want to figure out my 360 cam better. It has some tricky issues, but could result in some really good perspectives too. Thanks for watching!
Nice video, as always. I got to that water crossing before my wife called me and told me we had to pay to park there. I didn't realize that it is a state park. We didn't have any money on us, so I turned around and we went home. Hoping to give it another go soon.
Brent what's up dude!! Hmm.. Not sure, been trying to squeeze in lots of rides around my busy work schedule. We'll see, maybe I can hit one soon. Super glad you're organizing them though, thank you!
Sure, I may have been too liberal with the word, relative to the trail there is a section that is a bit less smooth. Did you ride it or watch only? If you haven't hit it yet, there is also the GoPro effect in play. It is truly relative I mean, if you ride Grand Junction and Moab every day there isn't chunk anywhere along the Wasatch...
I love your videos man, they are extremely helpful for mtb riders in Utah! Keep it up!
Thanks for the encouragement!
I just did this today and it kicked my butt! Incredible trail though.
Wow is like that haha.

Thanks Steve, I clarified that in the description.
Riding this tomorrow great vid
Sweet, have a great ride!
WOW is a good one. I like it.
Yea, it's fun. Haven't ridden it this year though sheesh, i don't think i even hit park city 😥
Nice! So you climbed the out and back? Why is it that people shuttle? Just looking to plan it out :) Thanks!
Just noticed you said you shuttled it, but confused because In the beginning you said you had a climb. What climb were you referencing?

RideLabs certainly appreciate that! Thank you! ❤️
Is there a way to get to the trail in Midway via bike trails from Park City?
I've never done it, but I see many paths that could work for that on trailforks. I think that you'd be on the road for a minute though.
WOW!!!! Sweet ride!
I see what you did there! Haha, thanks RC.
Are you wearing your GoPro on your helmet?
