I love all your videos. Always supper informative. Your Fullerton Loop video inspired me to start riding. I bought a bike and on my third attempt at completing the loop on Fathers Day of 2019 I hit a palm tree next to the golf course and almost died. Luckily someone found me and called 911. I broke 8 ribs, punctured my left lung, 2 spine fractures, one neck fracture and my left knee cap was broken and on my thigh. Apparently I had an hour to live when I was found. I now have 3 plates on my ribs and 2 on my knee with 9 screws holding it together. By mid September I was back on the bike and went back to finish what I started. I had to conquer those demons. I am still having issues with my breathing and I take things a little slower now though LOL. Looking to hit up a bike park next.
WOW I did not expect that story to take that turn. I'm so glad you found riding, but sorry to hear about that injury. Happy you're alive buddy. I'll see you out there man - your redemption awaits!
AHHHHHH - 5:45... yeah... I don't call that trail 'Theives forest' - I call it 'Theive's ASSHOLE'! :-) LOL - It's about 2 years after his filming and I was there the other day... it's MORE blown out and they've made it even more challenging! Oh man - I've fallen in love with those trails and this place!! Deer Valley ROCKS!
Ngl I know exactly where you are at Butch Cassidy's childhood home, I got a family cabin up there and we pass by that house every time we go up, oh and love the views AMAZING and also love the vids.
Went here in July. My first bike park experience and had a great time. Recently went to Bachelor and understand why it’s not that highly rated. Bachelors trails were way better. Deer Valley did have great food tho.
awesome video. did some challenging skills training on that smaller drop. made a smart decision on that awful looking drop to 1 foot root thing. more people learning MTBing need to see this and learn how most people ride, instead of watching red bull videos all day. takes a LOT of time and re-tries to make even a small increase in bike control. smart thinking tony linguini
I’ve covered about 90% of those trails already and it’s time to explore man. Cant keep making the same videos every week in the same zone. Channel’s expanding. 👍
I was going to ask you if you have any recommendations for new tires. I live in SoCal as well, so its dusty and loose. Good old SoCal. I would love it if you could tell me what you ride front and rear or what you can recommend for me. Thank you and I love your videos.
Aggressor DD in the back and 2.4 DHR in the front has been working well for me this year from dusty Orange County to sharp granite in Downieville. I'm about 220lbs and when it gets rocky AND fast like Downieville, Rockit, and Car Wreck, I run pressures higher, from 30psi to 35. Same combo also works well for me and lower pressures on flow trails like Meadows and Demo Flow. The only weakness I've found on the DHR in the front is that it doesn't grip will in gravel, but everything else is good to go.
Awesome video as always I've been watching them for while now and I am never disappointed!! I will be moving from Europe after not living in the US for 2 years soon and I'll be moving to SOCAL. I race Downhill and I was wondering what are your favorite bike parks as well to your favorite local trails?
Tony ever think of getting a aggressive HT and revisiting your local trails outsider hardtail style lol Allot of dudes dumping there full sus these days
The best part about deer valley is there are so many other incredible trails in the area you don’t just have to ride deer valley
Exactly. ✔️
At 6:05 I really like how you showed and 2nd view vs. POV only. Nice to be able to see you get through that first drop and what the issue was.
Glad you liked that man - thanks!
Glad to see DV getting some love!
Was great!
Just got my bike last week and rode my first trail Saturday (the fullerton loop) and your video saved my butt. Thanks 🙏🏼
Awesome Adam!
Yes.... water is good... I’m just glad there is finally a MTB channel in the SW. (Vegas native)
Welcome aboard!
sick riding, always a good time at Deer Valley!
The best!

😉👊
Oh man, this was so much fun to watch you hit that janky jank! Also, "It's still hard." need to be your next shirt. 😉✌🏼🤟🏼
Haha thanks Adam - I like the way you think brother.
Brother.. place looks so fun. Wicked views too 🤙

I like water and apparently Deer Valley for MTB! Thanks for such an awesome trail guide!!
Thanks for watching!
Awesome as always. Water good, dehydrated bad.
You got that right!
Sick one Tony! Next time we drive out to Co. I think we'll go through Deer Valley.
For sure!!
I used to stash water in Angeles nf when I had big rides planned. Drive to the top ride down halfway hide water then climb back to the car 🚲
Haha awesome - i like it.

No Tsunami? I hope that's coming in the next video! Thiefs forest is legit, that trail will put hair on your chest!
Next vid coming up. It was quite windy on my trip.

Was just there a couple of weeks ago. So sick!!

Ahh thanks! Yeah I drove past it on my way down.

Great to hear!
This is my idea of Theme Park 😆

Loved it and water is okay guess lol

I have the links below to what I am currently riding. Thanks!
depends on your style of riding & tire size.

freeze your 3L camelbak, cools you down as it melts from your back heat.
Kinda want to avoid carrying water if I can at a bike park. Like riding around with a bowling ball on my back.
Dude, holy crap...I never even thought of that. That's a hella great idea. I'm gonna start doing that.
@@GreatScott8231984 its good for keeping you cool but eating shit with a block of ice in your backpack does not feel good.

Hey Donnie - just get into the library. All of your questions will be answered my friend. 😉
👍🏽👍🏽 that water idea tho!!
Right?!
Epic!
Any bike parks that are open through the season? Besides skypark
Not at the moment that I know of.
you should ride kenter canyon in santa monica😉🤟🏼✌🏼
That would be cool!
Definitely like water.
Luh dat water.
One question here: I checked their web said summer date is end at Sep. Please let me know they are still open for the summer season or not? Thx!
I think now they're closed until next season.
The Outsider MTB Thx let me know ✌️
I just did. ✔️
cool!
Tony ever think of getting a aggressive HT and revisiting your local trails outsider hardtail style lol
Allot of dudes dumping there full sus these days
Nah I think I'm a full squish guy. 😉
That’s Utah deer park ?
Deer Valley - yes.
Water is good. We should drink enough of the stuff to pee clear every 2 hours.
💧💦💧💦
my dad still wears tighty whiteies
Mine too - sometimes even brownie whities.
POV is okay but taking a little time to give us some side views would have been nicer :-)
I kept fast forwarding try to find the fun part. Sorry but none of that looked fun.
To each his own. Some people don't like steep rocky trails.
