The best part about deer valley is there are so many other incredible trails in the area you don’t just have to ride deer valley

At 6:05 I really like how you showed and 2nd view vs. POV only. Nice to be able to see you get through that first drop and what the issue was.

I used to stash water in Angeles nf when I had big rides planned. Drive to the top ride down halfway hide water then climb back to the car 🚲

I love all your videos. Always supper informative. Your Fullerton Loop video inspired me to start riding. I bought a bike and on my third attempt at completing the loop on Fathers Day of 2019 I hit a palm tree next to the golf course and almost died. Luckily someone found me and called 911. I broke 8 ribs, punctured my left lung, 2 spine fractures, one neck fracture and my left knee cap was broken and on my thigh. Apparently I had an hour to live when I was found. I now have 3 plates on my ribs and 2 on my knee with 9 screws holding it together. By mid September I was back on the bike and went back to finish what I started. I had to conquer those demons. I am still having issues with my breathing and I take things a little slower now though LOL. Looking to hit up a bike park next.

awesome video. did some challenging skills training on that smaller drop. made a smart decision on that awful looking drop to 1 foot root thing. more people learning MTBing need to see this and learn how most people ride, instead of watching red bull videos all day. takes a LOT of time and re-tries to make even a small increase in bike control. smart thinking tony linguini

I was going to ask you if you have any recommendations for new tires. I live in SoCal as well, so its dusty and loose. Good old SoCal. I would love it if you could tell me what you ride front and rear or what you can recommend for me. Thank you and I love your videos.

Aggressor DD in the back and 2.4 DHR in the front has been working well for me this year from dusty Orange County to sharp granite in Downieville. I'm about 220lbs and when it gets rocky AND fast like Downieville, Rockit, and Car Wreck, I run pressures higher, from 30psi to 35. Same combo also works well for me and lower pressures on flow trails like Meadows and Demo Flow. The only weakness I've found on the DHR in the front is that it doesn't grip will in gravel, but everything else is good to go.
