They have have slugs i have seen in a yt video that perform well, just a thought i had, if you hsve a small lathe/or use of one, put the slugs in the lathe, bore a 1/3 diameter hole in nose of slug, 2/3 length to bottom of slug, then press a Dowel pin in, the dowel, will reduce slug weight increasing velocity, producing so called armor piercing, punching a hole in the 55 gal drum every shot, even on full auto, with some of the lead following the dowel hole produced, just a thought, would love to see the effects, i just bet they all penetrate both sides of the barrel.
do u know of any one that can service my blitz... it wont hold air at all an the full seems not to work leaky o ring maybe u know who can fix it i like it an i wont send it back. cuz i know it can be fixed.
Nice rifle, only problem I have personally is the company HATSAN. They are all about the money and could give a rats ass about the customer. I bought a refurbished blitz and because it's refurbished they won't take it back, though I don't see anywhere on there sight that rule.
Lead slugs are softer than metal sheet..it will just split or shredded upon impact..its impressive on your video..some managed to penetrate on one side.powerfull to take down a hog.
It could definitely serve as a tool in self-defense personally it wouldn't be my first choice, I think there are a lot of factors with it to consider and the possibility of certain components failing or not functioning properly in your time of need could be a real possibility. As far as reliability I would probably go with the Air Force Texan you only get a single shot but it's fairly straightforward and simple you have a Air tank that's virtually impossible to leak in my opinion it could be fully charged loaded and ready to rock at a moment's notice there's no plastic clip that could fail or a pellet that could not cycle properly or spring in the clip that could not function properly. But if I had the chance to get my hands on the Umarex .50 cal you get a follow-up shot with that one, I would consider that as an option as well as the LCS SK-19 full Auto .22 cal it comes with a built-in clip machined out of metal although I have not had one personally I have studied up on them and I believe they're reliability would be better than the Hatsan Blitz .30 cal
This and the the .22 and .25 cal models have enough energy to kill a average man. 42ft-lbs of energy is enough to penetrate skull and go into the brain, to ensure maxium penetration use pointy sharp bullets. It doesnt have energy in the means of someone 6'3 280lbs charging at you with full force on substancec, unless you get all your shots into vital part and couple of them.
The fact that only a few penetrated the metal trash can tells me that the Hatsan Blitz .30 cal is only hitting the bare minimum amount of energy required to kill. I would get the Texas rattler 30 cal instead after really studying the hatsan blitz 30 cal. Not that hatsan blitz is trash by any means; it’s a good budget airgun(yes airguns are significantly more expensive than a firearm if you need it for serious house defense) I think that Aea Terminator you have is much more reliable but yeah if you want a decent 30 cal full auto get a Texas rattler for about 3 grand.
@@dshiznit148 if you do i would get the .25cal blitz lot more pellet choices and the h&n hornets in .25 cal would go through this barrel the .30cal just don't have the fps
@@dshiznit148 stick with the .30, you aren't buying it to penetrate armor, you only need to penetrate flesh, the .30 will put more energy on target per shot and carry that energy further down range. Shooting a steel drum proves nothing.

They need to belt feed these full autos. Like fifty shot belts
pressure would drop too quickly, and its a sniper rifle, if they made carabine, with bigger air tank and bigger mag it would be cool
Check out the Air Ordnance SMG.
Belt fed .22 air rifle...very cool
I hate when people call Mags “Clips”.
I still liked the “Recording”.
Felt like I was watching Blair Witch.
Clips mags who gives a shit.
@@jamesputman1307 Because they are not the same, crackhead.

So the termination will knock through the drum???
Is the bolt on the receiver it's not going all the way forward

That rifle is definitely something you don't want to be on the receiving end of... fffffffuuuuúck!!!!
Lethal and quiet, i like it!

@@freedomchannel3656 If you miss with the Texan it's over, you got only one shot. Semi-auto for self defence is a must imo.

Strong gun
100th sub
so....can you swap the air bottle out or is it attached to the gun and can't be easily swapped out?
The air tank is not designed to be swappable and you have to take hardware off to get to the tank. today I shot 80 pellets out of one tank fill
I bought the 22 fully automatic It will not shoot a full clip without jamming at least 3 times or more
Based on their website your only getting a little over 700 fps w .30.
.25 over 900, .22 over 1000. I think any one of them would hurt.
