* Recipe 1
1. Dough
300g/2cups All-purpose flour
3g/1/2tsp Salt
20g/1.5tbsp Oil
1pc Egg yolk
120ml/0.5cup Lukewarm Water
2. Filling
2pcs/400g Chicken breast
0.5pc/150g Onion
1/2tbsp Cooking wine
1/2tbsp Soy sauce
1/2tbsp Oyster sauce
Black pepper
1tsp Cumin powder
1tsp Cornstarch
1pc Egg white
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Chili powder
* Preheat the Oven at 220°C (430°F) bake for 20-25 minutes

170g/0.7cup Lukewarm Milk
25g/2tbsp Sugar
3g/1tsp Instant yeast
250g/1.5cup Bread flour
3g/0.5tbsp Salt
28g/2tbsp Unsalted butter
2. Fillings
120g/1/2pc Onion
300g/2pcs Chicken breast
8g/1tbsp Cornstarch
15ml/1tbsp Soy sauce
15ml/1tbsp Oyster sauce
Black pepper
1.5g /1/4tsp Salt
45ml/3tbsp Water
1tbsp Minced garlic
30ml/2tbsp Cooking oil
Mozzarella cheese
Preheat the Oven at 185°C (370°F) bake for 15 minutes

so why used salt too?
& as always i say
u can add salt straight to years. its ok. i tested
& second recipe is better
Add a big salt taste without making it too brown
