The big mistake with millinium mall, is that they only go commercial n not residential. U can see the trend these days, both works hand in hand, sagicor needs to build residential units on thise empty lots adjacent the mall. It would better if they build apartment units with a few commercial units there instead of a huge mall.
If possible Sagicor should construct lots of lower income homes close to the plaza in May Pen and that can make that plaza more attractive.
