Great podcast. I’m still struggling to get a full thyroid function panel through conventional medicine still today. I have thyroid problems and dealing with this since 2015. I'm on levothyroxine t4 only. Our healthcare system is so broken in so many ways and it's so frustrating.

    Hello All,
Any help ,advice or tips. I was diagnosed with a low thyroid just over a year ago through routine blood tests. I took the medication for a few months and didn’t feel great with the medication. I stopped taking the medication months ago and have just had my bloods re tested and my results came back normal and within range. I am now confused and worried and not sure what to do or think.
    Any ideas ?
The only symptom I feel I may have is feeling cold but I have always felt that way.
    I am so confused

At what point do you suggest trying thyroid hormone replacement? I’ve been diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and feel awful even with a thyroid supporting diet and supplements.
