Hey Jack, btw great tutorial on how to apply color space transforms. I was curious, does unreal's unlit mode when all lighting is disabled, does that still effect the image? I noticed that when I try to compare and contrast colors of an image that has black values of 0, it looks grey and washed up. Not so sure if that's just and unreal engine thing, an exr thing, or a OCIO transform issue.
Hey thanks! If you're seeing these issues in the Viewport/Play in Editor mode, it might be that they also need the color conversion applied -- check out this article for more info: dev.epicgames.com/documentation/en-us/unreal-engine/apply-color-conversion-to-the-level-viewport-and-play-in-editor-with-opencolorio-in-unreal-engine Hope that helps!
@@TheInteractiveImmersiveHQ Thank you! I did try that and colors seem to be better depending on lighting. It also looks like enabling ocio in display view for the play in editor doesn't effect the image when shown in Unlit mode
