The absence of crime, especially violent crime, is what makes Dubai such an appealing place to be/live. You can walk home alone in the middle of the night and there's not even a hint of danger.
😂 Dubai is famous for harbouring the worst criminals. Rape is also legal. If you're a woman and go to the police, you will get locked up.

Only drawback is that it's located in Dubai.
I purchased two units in Dubia for $45 million, and the return on investment has been impressive. so location is not usually the problem.
How did you grow your money to $45m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum in the bank, the rates are not impressive so I'm moving it, whats your cash flow like?

Beautiful villa. A question: Are any of the homes that you showcase fitted with glass that's one way, for privacy where you can see outside but no one can see in? The shower in the master bedroom of this villa is fully glass fronted - wouldn't it be wonderful to be able to shower whilst looking outside knowing that you cannot be seen.

Nice house, but quite expensive for a neighbourhood that will probably be under water in 10-20 years when sea levels are rising. Dubai can’t even handle rain because they don’t have proper canalisation, so good luck with rising sea levels.

Lovely small house with no front or back garden apart from a very small pool. But to pay $22 million for a house in an Arab country, not in a million years would I pay that much for that house. It's so artificially expensive.

Love the property, not sure I believe the developers using Latin, Villa Terra would translate to Villa Earth or Village Earth, seems more like an Italian translation...Land Villa. Dubai is definitely an expensive place to live, out of my price range but we can all dream.
