Foot gear change - no oily hands for Brompton hipsters

A quick demonstration for a certain demographic on the internet who dislike the front 2x speed crank with no mech as they will get their delicate hands dirty on the way to Starbucks. Changing down on the move with my foot should that unexpected hill arrive. Changing up while stopped. All without using my hands so I can safely drink my soy latte.
