Thank you for being here aaaand Happy Valentine’s Day!
Although I didn’t start celebrating this day until a few years ago, I know for a lot of people around the world V Day has always been a huge thing.
Of course I got you covered for your date !
Maybe you’re really having a first date, or maybe you’re married for 40 years and you just wanna celebrate love with your partner. No matter your age and the number your dates you had, this makeup look is for everybody !!!
Of course, you gotta take it and adapt it to your skin tones and bone structure but really, it’s universal as in technique.
Plus, I can assure you most of the men will love this look. The thing about men is that you should show them the result, not the process, cause then they realize how many stuff you actually have on your face.
When I do bridal makeup, especially when I do tests, I always ask the future bride what did her fiancee say about the look. Because I know from my husband, how much a guy can actually ruin your mood if he tells you that you’re wearing too much, or something like that. So this is what I’ve learned about men and makeup:
they love to look at the red lips but not really kiss you if you wear a red lipstick. Why? They’re already thinking ahead they’ll look like a clown after kissing you. They are not up to date about the matte, longlasting liquid lipstick !
they don’t like lipgloss, because guys in general hate the idea of wearing something sticky on their lips after kissing you.
a lot of guys actually do love smokey eyes. But not the black smokey eye that makes you look like a racoon. They do like a soft smokey eye, but unfortunately they will never be able to do it for you.
guys don’t like a lot of powder nor foundation. They will never understand why we need it anyway.
although we could actually bath into highlighter , the truth is a man would never understand why you wanna make yourself looking shiny, greasy, or sweaty, or dewy. They just do not get it !

I love you videos! I am learning so much from them. I am 40+ so trying to not use too much makeup but at the same wanting to step up my game a bit. I so wish you would do a tutorial for makeup (including an everyday wear eye shadow) for scandinavian light skin (with tendency to get reddish) and blue eyes and blond hair. Would love you (even more) for that :-)

A dupe and affordable for the By Terry mascara I would say is the Flower mascara by Drew Barrymore sold in walmart , it has the same wand and it leaves your lashes really nice! 👌🏼

Hi! This is a wonderful look. I think it would look great on so many different colored skin types. I am an older gal and I am not big on the recent "pink" shadow look everyone is wearing but this peachy, brown look is really beautiful. Thanks, you are lovely!
I love your makeup aesthetic, enhancing beauty instead of playing homage to various makeup products on women's faces that is so prevalent today. We see that a lot with highlighters. After watching this video I'm thinking of trying the Iconic London Liquid Highlighter. I am 59 & so I have to be really careful with highlighters & in the past I assumed that Iconic London one would be too glittery even with a light hand. Also I have very pale skin & I think the Original shade may be too dark for me. Have you tried any of the other shades or do you know if they also aren't glittery ? I'm thinking the lightest one in "Shine" might work better on my complexion. Thanks. Great Video!

End up with disappointment and cried seeing my own result. Ali, this look is just amazing, colors fit perfectly to your eye color and skin tone. What eye shadow colors would you recommend for blue/grey eyes and fair (porcelain, slightly peachy) skin tone? Hi Andrea I love everything you do. I love this makeup you created. I am complete opposite type than you. I feel like not everything you are using would suit me as well. I have pale/porcelain skin and blue eyes and darker brown hair now. Which colors of eye shadows or blushes or even lipstick would you recommend me ? Thank you so much for your answer.
P.s. You always have such a beautiful hands and manicure I just love it, is there any hand and nail products you are using like scrubs, oils and so on?

Hi Andrea : ) lovely video - this will be my makeup on valentines date night, thank you!! Please could you advise me in regard to the Georgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation... I have a yellow undertone and wear NARS sheer glow in Figi. I have tried shade 3 which leans a little too orange/dark some how, even though staff say its yellow undertone.. and shade 4 leans a little light and ashy even though it appears more yellow on my skin. Which other shade do you think I could try? Perhaps 4.5? I love luminous silk so really want to find a shade I am 100% happy with. Please help 😍💝

Couple questions: how come you used 2 bronzers? Why did you use 3 concealers (actually 2 because you mixed the two tubes into one color). Why not just use one bronzer and one concealer?
