      That’s what I’m wondering because after he was killed nobody mentioned her at all not even her mother 🤔 and from what I’ve read it came out that the little girl mama lied about him touching her inappropriately and the dad made a phone call and said it’s done he thought he called the girls mama but it wasn’t her and I haven’t been able to find anything referencing who that call was made to so if that’s true he killed his son over a lie 🥺

      right!
      instead all these dumbasses would rather cast judgement on the father or mother while preaching for the boy when the girl is the true victim.
      the doctor told the mother it was sexual assault. the girl said it was the boy and the father probably walked in on many close contacts he ignored cuz he couldn't believe his son would do anything and then the doctor says that and he decides to put the boy down.
      I'm not saying Im glad the boy is dead, but I do feel the fathers temporary insanity claim should be valid. idk if I'd do the same but I'd beat the shit out of anyone touching my daughter..... maybe worse.

    He is a monster.. and its that simple..his new girlfriend said his daughter was raped..and yet no evidence to support it..This story still breaks me.. He denied Moslesting his sister for over an hour and finally told his dad he did it.. in my opinion he did that to get his father to leave him alone.. but instead he took him outside and shot him like he was some war criminal. He killed his own son over an allegation that was neverproven he killed his own child over a piece of ass that never even wanted him to be around his son. He killed his son and he deserves to rot.

And that is when he went out to the car to get the gun, beat him down, made him strip, walked him to an empty plot next to the building and shot him. He never gave his son the chance to correct the behavior. His son asked for help. This is beyond sad.

      that is fucking sick man, you have no right to decide who's life to take, im sorry man, but you are just as fucked up as the father.

      Jason Bourne I hope you are not a father because you would be sorely misplaced in this world. No kid should have a father like you. As a father your job is to protect your children. In my opinion the father killing the kid was protecting the victim child from repeat offenses by the perpetrator who happens to also be his child. Only difference is the victim was defenseless, the perp wasn't. In your opinion I am sick. In my opinion I am just. It's ok to have our own opinion. But you still didn't answer the question. What would you do if it had been your child that was victimized in this manner? Say you had a 2yr old daughter and some 15 yr old raped or molested her, what would you do? Don't ignore the question. Answer it honestly.

      DrJekyl30 Regardless of circumstance, you'r'e a pretty coldhearted individual. Let's correct what you said first. This wasn't a "fifteen year-old teenager"--this is your fifteen year old SON. It wasn't, "this child", it is YOUR child. I'm not going to attempt to play on your emotions. I would think that it shouldn't make a difference, the crime has still been committed against your daughter and if you would let someone get away with that then you're not much of a father. I hate to say it but I think the father did the right thing. How can you let someone, anyone get away with violating your daughter? How can you leave it in the hands of the law and it's ok? What would I do? I would want exact evidence of the crime and REAL justice for my child. If someone hurt any child regardless of age in that manner, death is far too quick and why would I want to lose my freedom in order to gain a few seconds of 'satisfaction'? If the person is guilty, my killing them doesn't make them pay for their crime. If I kill that person, that makes them a victim that I have to face punishment for. If the person is guilty, put them on trial, make them lose their freedom. I could not traumatize another person by doing what the father did. Also, if it were true, why was the step-mother so interested in the life insurance the next day? If it were true, my thoughts and actions would be more toward helping my daughter. I would be taking her to doctors to make certain that physically, mentally and emotionally she is not scarred for life. How much cash I can get from the death of the person I'm accusing of harming her would be the last thing I would think of.

      Right, "Hey, teenage son who's just 3 years shy of legally becoming an adult, raping a toddler is unacceptable!" That'll correct his behavior for sure. What are your thoughts about what happens after this conversation? Do you also think he should have been allowed to continue living in the home with his rape victim, as if he'd done nothing more serious than stealing her candy? Three-year-old children are developing some of their earliest long-term memories and relationships with the people closest to them is having a major impact on their brain development and these early experiences are also setting the stage for the type of mental health she'll be experiencing for the rest of her life. That little girl has been set up with an invisible struggle that no one will ever understand. I know this from first-hand experience. She's the true victim here. Not the person who stole her innocence and destroyed a huge part of her psyche for the sake of a few minutes of the most evil kind of sexual gratification that most likely would have repeated itself had his mom not noticed the suspicious changes in his behavior. The boy's pain was fleeting and swiftly ended, and doesn't even compare to the little girl's.

    This is so sad. I don’t believe any human deserves to be executed in any manner. I also do not believe the victim should have been exempted of his crimes and I do acknowledge that he did something severely wrong, but it saddens me to see such a young life taken. I understand that Pinckney Sr. may have been experiencing temporary insanity at the moment, but it still sickens me to read some of the comments made on this case by other readers

    This is a sad situation all the way around... but killing was going too far. You gotta remember that child was a part of you. He begged you for his life and if you loved your child you was suppose to protect them not hurt them..if he was the father he supposed to been..he woulda found out why his son did what he did..maybe someone had molested him..its a pattern
    .I know the mama feels bad because she called him over. He failed as a fucking father. Then have the nerve to want someone to feel sorry for him...he's a fucking coward..that bitch need to rot in hell

    • @561REALTLK
      @561REALTLK 5 лет назад +1

      Actually the reason the world is the way it is is because of parents that don't stop bad seeds in their tracks. Like these people who want to cape up for a child predator. The boy admitted to his mama then his dad that he molested the girl. There's no help for that. And to even do that to a toddler is scary. The dad did what most don't have the balls to do. He stopped this shit from being a curse on the family. And it's very telling on the women in the family. The only person that stood up for that little girl was Jamar Sr. The women in the family were actually going to try to work things out with a predator. What about the girl? What about her mental, physical, and emotional state? When you have kids that are evil like that you have to do something. You can't pray that away. You can't take them to counseling. There is something organically wrong with them. Take it from a child that had a rotten sibling. When the parents bitch up and try to hide, deny, or pray their behavior away. Regardless if it's sexual violence, physical violence, or just destructive behavior. That child only gets more embolden and dangerous. This situation is sad but there were no options. If the boy went to juvie which it looks like that's where he was headed because the mom was pressing charges and there was a rape kit done showing vaginal tears. He would have been killed on raped in juvie. Then released to be a bigger problem to his family or society in general. How can we consistently talk about protecting our daughters and then when it comes time we want to negotiate with monsters? When that boy did that he destroyed the family. Not when his daddy killed him.

    • @CandiceGoddard
      @CandiceGoddard Год назад

      @@jronny7764 how can it be your thoughts exactly when you misunderstood what the person said?
      The OP wasn't saying that the boy was innocent. He wasn't. He admitted to his mother that he abused his half sister, the father's younger daughter by another woman.
      The person you replied to was speculating that the father's violent reaction was because he, the father, had been sexually abused when he was a child.
      That makes perfect sense for anyone who was abused in childhood and knows you never really can get over it. All forms of child abuse change the children's brains.
      You completely made up the idea that the boy was innocent, when even his mother who had every reason to pretend he was innocent, said he confessed and did it.
      Why can't you believe that a 15 year old can abuse a 3 year old?
      He probably only confessed because he was about to be caught because if you read about it, he previously lied. If a 15 year old rapes a 3 year old it causes injuries that can be observed. The boy was going to get caught eventually. He said that he had pulled off his underwear and lain down on top of the little sister, but here you are doing apologetics for a baby rapist. Why is that? Because that's what you do yourself?
