The Lonely Boys - New Town (1979)

This little known Power Pop band changed their name to Little Bo Bitch. Now why the fuck anybody would ever do that is beyond me but hey that's why they make chocolate and vanilla ice cream. Discogs has them labeled as a Canadian band but I couldn't help but notice during an acapella part that they sounded awfully British to me, but I digress and who cares? I was just recently turned on to this band and found some but not all of their unfortunately small catalog on YT so I decided to step up and share the air. Enjoy! (or don't. I don't care)

We used to have an LP of the Lonely Boys many moons ago.
One of the most underrated British Bands of all time.

Just read the description of this video. Why the heck would they change a perfectly good name like The Lonely Boys to Little Bo Bitch, no wonder I couldn't find them on the internet ... up until now.
I also understood them to be a British Band and not Canadian?

@@OBCBTTB They're british indeed. And as far as I know the original name was Little Bo Bitch, but they had to change it for the US release of their one and only LP. So in England they were running under their original name, but in the US they had a completely different one. (The Lonely Boys). This weird name change played some role in the band's short life. At least that's what I read in the only one arcticle I found on the internet. :)
