    I just love my 2018 SRT 392. As was mentioned in the video, it can be a great highway cruiser grand-touring kind of car but, at the change of a few settings, you can tighten everything up and toss it around. Yeah, it's heavy but people are always surprised how well it handles. The 2018 was the last year for that trim and received the 5-spoke Hellcat wheels. Thanks for the video!

    I’m in a 6-speed rt.. I believe you’re getting two different experiences when choosing between auto and manual. Having manual feels authentic and somewhat nostalgic. Can’t say I’d feel the same way in a 10 speed auto with the power that these cars have. Just an opinion, and I love the videos.

      The Hellcat's power is manageable if you know how to use it. The problem is, a lot of people get Hellcats and other Supercharged cars not knowing how to drive them. You can't go full throttle on any of these High low torque cars and expect to keep traction. Even my Scat Charger when I had it would break the tires if You tried to go too much throttle off the line.

    Scat Pack was still available to order right at the very beginning of the 2015 MY. I had one of the first ones in my area. Picked it up beginning of September of 2014. Great video. I’m glad to see a relatively recent drive with this particular era of the Challenger. The SRT392 was a step between the Hellcat and the Scat Pack at that time. It was essentially replaced with the widebody SP in that price point. I had a 2015 manual in white with the sepia interior and it was beautiful. The hyper black slingshot wheels with those 6 piston brembos was the best looking wheel-brake combo. I ended up trading it in for a hellcat but in all honesty the 392 was plenty of power and fun.

But nonetheless, I love that even for my affordable SXT that I purchased for $23,500, it has a much nicer interior than a lot of cars on the market for that same price.

      @@h_ron bc those are scatpacks not “SRT 392” it was model difference the SRT had pretty much everything the hellcat had just not the supercharger.

    • @h_ron
      @h_ron 2 года назад

      @Large N Loud it does have the same engine as the scat pack, makes the same horsepower

    • @h_ron
      @h_ron 2 года назад

      @Large N Loud also the scat packs have an srt engine and they call it 392 as well, I’m pretty sure it’s the same thing except the steering wheel

    These do not contain scat pack parts the srt 392 is tuned by srt it’s faster then the scat if anything they took the big brakes off this and put it on the scat

    how do i reduce the chances of my charger/challenger from getting broken into?

    • @bill392
      @bill392 2 года назад +1

      By "broken into", I assume you mean stolen. You can take it to a dealership and have the security module locked so that crooks cannot clone the keyfob using the VIN. For the other method of theft (signal relays) you can put your keyfobs into a Faraday-cage sleeve or box to block the signals.

      You could de-badge it too so people are more likely to think it's a base model V6

      this. Nothing checks that box. Mid/full size sedan, V8, RWD, manual, LSD. I build the Panther platforms cause they are a good base.

    For what you have so stong cars and You can get only 65mph? There is no need for so strong engines. I like them but there is no need in my opinion of course.

      CTR will be a track weapon. GRC is a rally weapon. Both will be overpriced.
