I was really surprised at how hard it was for me to give up sugar again and I'm not one to eat a lot of sugar nor do I like sweets. And you are correct about fruits.Being super sweet after watching my sugar in Take. Grapes are so sweet to me now.I can't even eat them.
I like peanut butter, and lately I’ve found very few labels with just peanuts. It has encouraged me to read more labels of other canned and jarred goods.
