    I recently started back on the weight watchers, diet. Or just eat healthy again. I was really surprised at how hard it was for me to give up sugar again and I'm not one to eat a lot of sugar nor do I like sweets. And you are correct about fruits.Being super sweet after watching my sugar in Take. Grapes are so sweet to me now.I can't even eat them.

    I like peanut butter, and lately I’ve found very few labels with just peanuts. It has encouraged me to read more labels of other canned and jarred goods.

    Honestly, YT has unsubscribed me to channels I follow, AND subscribed me to channels I've never heard of before.... crazy!!
