People get so pissy when you call out their bad habits. They take personal issue with your anti-porn stance because they try to gatekeep their addictions by saying it doesn't negatively affect the brain.

@@brianwahl2767 It is my business because porn negatively influences a society that I live in and it's normal to be concerned for your community when people start watching that garbage from a young age... and besides this is a RUclips comment section in relation to the topic I'm talking about, I'll say whatever the fuck I want? I wasn't lecturing anyone I was simply saying why people get personally offended when you call out something that's inherently bad for you. Obviously you feel personally attacked otherwise you wouldn't have responded with a stupid retort. I used to be a porn consumer too until I realized that gratifying my illict desires made me a slave to my vices.
if you are worried about the negative effects of porn, don't watch it. Same applies to alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, bad food etc.
I agree that most Porn is bad for you but the act of "fapping" has proven benefits whereas nofap only has limited affects on testosterone and the other stuff is just your mindset.

People say porn is the lamest shit you can get addicted to, and i agree with that but from a different perspective. In comparison to cocaine, porn is considered normal and thats why its lame to get addicted to porn. Its the easiest thing you can get addicted to. They keep comparing it to cocaine or some other "problematic" addiction, and dont want to give up something so pleasurable while they dont notice the life force being drained from within them.

In my opinion every addiction is lame, and the time spent towards your addiction could be better spent on achieving goals and dreams, and socializing.

I feel those who think about their actions and know the consequences and want to put feeling and respect in the middle of it all, are called crazy or non-genuine, simply because they themselves (the name callers) succumb to societies or media acceptances or trendy opinions while condemning the deep thinker. I find it pretty dim to be calling you a Reddit person or a philosophy or opinion when technically most science is based off of hypothesis and theory, focus groups that don’t account for 7.5 billion humans on earth. It’s a little awkward the first persons reaction, if not resistance, to your stance.
But to IAMLUCID, i agree that it’s pretty pathetic or sad to see two naked people opening themselves on a screen. I feel we have been desensitized to the idea of it. It's very evident throughout time. But just so you know, a lot of porn studios treat the actors like total shit.
