I follow you for 2 years,
If I need 3000 calories
Then 3 meals are fine
I do not need 240 grams of protein
150 grams is more than enough
If i do 6 meals, then I will have digestive issues and extra stress of 6 meals
I think digestion is more important , i feel good with 3 meals and no digestion issue
Protein requirement depends upon many factors actually like muscle experience body type
True , we don't need that much of protein , if a 70kg person needs 240g protein then it means 100kg person need 450g protein !!!! Seriously 😐, actually we need protein according our muscle mass not according our body weight , increase protein slowly and accordingly , 👍
Don't listen to them bro .... Macro split is bullshit ....just focus on 2 things .... .8 to 1 gram protein per pound body weight ... And eating in surplus ... You can eat healthy fats if u cant eat enough carbs ...... This things are just rubbish bro
Bro digestion ko easy kar ne ke leye hei 5-6 small meals hai Jo tum breakfast lete ho usko 2 baar mai lelo lunch 2 baar mai le lo dinner light phir soone se phele milk pe lo bss Jo kha rahe ho usko hei toh 2 times mai lo bss

sir i am so greatful that a person we have in between as that can share an information with us that no body else can share, but sir i requested to you if you can share an complete information about what our body does with protein, fat and carbs if we take them in excess amount or within BMR calculation, even if that video around 1hr but all of your student will get a complete information in an single video. i hope you will understand what i trying to say.

Hello sir ..I'm agree with you that excessive calories in one meal gain fat ..but according to Intermittent fasting concept if we take 4-5-6 meals our insulin sensitivity decrease because insulin spike again and again that's why protein absorption capacity decrease.. what should we do now ???
