A simple, quick and very tasty dinner recipe. Delicious and quick pasta recipe. You won't believe how delicious it is.     Ingredients for 4 persons:
    0,7lb/320g of spaghetti.
    Garlic.
    Chilli pepper.
    Anchovies in oil.
    Parsley.
    Savory.
    Oregano.
    Breadcrumbs.
    Extra virgin olive oil.
    Spicy oil.
    Salt.
    Method:
    Season the breadcrumbs with spicy oil, salt, pepper, herbs and toast it in a pan.
    Sauté oil, garlic, chilli pepper and parsley stems; add the anchovies and let them melt. Add a ladle of cooking water and let it reduce.
    Cook the spaghetti in plenty of salted water. Remove garlic, chili pepper and parsley stems from the pan. Halfway through cooking, drain the spaghetti in the pan and finish cooking with cooking water. Stir with parsley, cracked chilli pepper, oil and cooking water.
    Serve with plenty of sauce and fragrant toasted bread.

    Eat. I personally love slicing the garlic and browning it and adding the garlic bits to the dish

    Facile ed economica e se si seguono i passi del Video per ottenere la cremina allora un poccolo trionfo a Tavola! 😋L'unico problema per me le Acciughe che di notte mi fanno venire una sete che mi pare di essere nel Sahara alla ricerca disperata di una chiazza d'acqua in un Oasi che non riesco mai a raggiungere.🤣

    Looks delicious. EAT. I have to ask..how many of these are traditional dishes? They are all glorious, but many must be your own creations. Do you pair flavour profiles or just go with what is seasonal??

    Pasta&Basta is a very good channel, but it kills me me like other hundreds of channels who think they put garlic flavor on it. THEY DON'T. This bullschit of taking out the garlic is a new wave, some Idiot came with this idea. I grow up with italian more then 50 years and no Italian did this, They still ask who came up with this idea???
    I remember a lot of garlic and it was browned and then it was served with all the good cheese and whatever else is missing to a dish called " SPAGHETTI AGLIO E OLIO" What a shame!!!
