I appreciate your comment, James! As certain stages it really felt like a drag, but I got on with it, it payed off in the end having done what I did :)
The 4017 decade counter can be wired to reset after 9 counts since you have only 5 LEDs. As it is now, there are 2 “counts” on the first LED and 1 on the others so there is a visual dwell a little longer on that LED.
Hi! Thank you for your kind comment. Anyone who owns one of these E300s sure knows how thrilling a big toy as such is to ride. Thanks for watching! Cheers, Max
For the Night Rider effect, I believe it's 6 LEDs per decade counter chip. So it's possible to add as many as you'd like, though the circuit will get complex.
@@MaxImagination Actually the Assistant is probably done by using a Raspberry-Pi (AKA PiCroft) But still should be interesting & Maybe we could see projects on: > Wifi extenders/ Repeaters > Mesh network
Brilliant work, Max. You really went to town on the upgrades 👍

How much time take this project?
Around 1-2 months :)

I appreciate that!
Great restoration saves you lots of money rather than those expensive scooters. 🛴
Very true! Thanks for your comment! :)
@@MaxImagination no problem 😊
Use PCBWAY and make some PC boards , instead of the perf board you used. I'd buy a few ... heck, might make my own 😉
Looks great ...
Will consider pulling aside my sponsors for future projects of mine that need PCBs! Thanks for watching. Cheers!
Any intention of making IoT devices/Home Automation videos with Arduinos???
maybe with an open source AI assistant
(Mycroft perhaps)
Thanks for your video topic recommendation, I will keep it in mind. :)

But still should be interesting &
Maybe we could see projects on:

Is that still the stock motor and speed controller? Thanks
Yes, that is the stock 250W motor.
Bigger battery and motor time
