I don’t have a food scale, so I watched your video closely, and I guessed at 1 Tbs cocoa, 1 Tbs Pudding, 2 egg whites, and I added 1 Tbs PB2, 1 Tbs NF Greek Yogurt. I used 1 scoop of PB Select Protein Powder and 1 Scoop Devotion Angel Food Cake Protein Powder. Super Delicious 😋

That's so true Kim...it is a lot of work one day a week...but we never have to cook in the evenings...and we never have to try to figure out what to eat! I think about food a lot less this way for some reason too.
Jennifer, Great video. Everything looks delicious. Did you ever think about making a double batch of your cookies and freezing one batch? Just wondering if that would save you a little work on your meal prep. Have you ever tried Zatarain's jambalaya mix? Don't know what the points are, but maybe that would be an easy way to have a different flavor rice----just leave out the meat. Anyway---just a thought. Love your videos!!! Have a great week!

Thank you so much. The chicken is still good in my opinion, obviously fresh is better, but it’s still good. The rice did not dry out at all. Sometimes my plain rice will get kind of dry...but this seasoned rice was really good all week.

I didn't realize that you prepped your eggs in advance. Do they really hold up in the fridge throughout the week? I'm on the fence with brussel sprouts, but do plan to cook them using the seasonings you used.
Definitely try the brussel sprouts...use lots of seasoning! And bake them until they are charred! The eggs are ok....I prefer them fresh...but since I don't have time I started prepping them ahead.
Yes you can change plans if you don’t like the green. I agree with Susan...try it for a week and if you don’t like it then change. They are all similar..you just count more on the green plan but you get more points.

When you've finished with your br ad crumbs reweigh the amount left and calculate what you actually used IF you have any amount left over.

I prep our dinners on Sunday for six days (Sunday thru Friday).
Why do you soak fruit in vinegar water?
To clean it! It doesn't taste like vinegar...you just have to rinse it really well.
How do you reheat
We just reheat everything in the microwave.
