I started WW maybe 10-12 weeks ago and have lost 11 lbs. I feel very similar, I think it’s just made me more mindful of what I’m putting in my body and even understanding what a normal portion size looks like has helped so much. I’ve noticed a lot of my belly bloat has gone away as well. I still have what I want for the most part, I’ve just found healthier alternatives and I still drink on the weekends but I do count it and try to make up for it. I think this is the most sustainable diet I’ve tried in a long time.
Also tracking everything, especially starting out, made me realize how much I was snacking and nibbling throughout the day that if I just drank water or had some fruit, I didn’t need the snacks anymore.

I believe this. I started WW on July 19 at 189.0 lbs. and am now at 156 lbs, so basically 33 lbs. three months. And this isn't by doing anything rash - it's simply portion control and eating the way anyone should. I'm continuing to do Hello Fresh but not eating as much, and simply watching desserts. While I admit it isn't easy find desserts that actually taste good on WW, it is definitely possible. WW is fantastic since you aren't restricting yourself from certain foods (only to gain it back when you start eating them again) - it really is just a good portion controlled way of eating.

I am looking into WW, I don’t eat terribly, but could really use help with portion control. I have between 15-30 lbs to use. It’s sounding like WW would help.
It’s funny how different weight looks on different people. In my avatar I was 120 lbs, which is around where I look the best. Too far below that and everyone was telling me I was too skinny, I’m 5’3”. It was so weird hearing that when I knew other people my height weighed less and looked fine. Annnyway, it was nice to realize that we all have different bodies and hold weight differently. :)

Comments like these really confuse me. Why would I say “I’m 5’1” or 5’2”” in the video if that’s not what I meant?? So, Yep! Haven’t measured myself since I was a teenager. Is that ok with you???

@@truthfullycharlie I highly doubt you didn't know your weight (you said you didn't know your highest weight but they tell you that at WW when you start and at every weigh in) or height going into WW. It just seems like you're in a bit of denial that you're pushing unrealistic expectations...but hey, it's the social media culture so go ahead.
