A little tip I learned from another youtuber, she puts her ground turkey ( or whatever you like) in a freezer bag and flattens out and then she takes a wooden spoon handle and creases it a little through (not punchering the bag) and then places it in the freezer. This makes it easy to simply break off a patty. She is like me, I do not like to touch raw meat with my hands. :(

I have stopped doing the points with these as WW kept changing the points and then all my recipes were not correct.
