This is a darn nice sip, especially for the price. Nice oak with sweet vanilla and caramel flavors. Good neat, but you don't have to feel bad when it's used as a mixer. "High end budget brawl" ...love it. 😁
It’s refreshing to see another bottle that’s tasty and affordable for the masses.
When I got this bottle I was shocked as well. Paid around 20 for it so was like why not try it.

After trying the plastic top Early Times BiB years ago I’ve always thought that plastic top bottles can be absolute hidden gems.
Yep that bottle is a baller! I really dig Alberta rye premium too which is a $60 bottle with a plastic cap.
I watched this being reviewed by another channel before this and was blown away. If you like it then I know it’s good. Easy pick up for the price

I don't get upset about screw tops many of my go to budget bottles are screw top. It's about the juice. Was going to get one for my guest that mix. Of course I'll try it neat for quality assurance. Great review and its nice seeing Beam putting out a fairly budget-friendly bottle. Enjoy!!

Thanks for the review Patrick. Bakers 7 is one of my absolute favorites - the Jim Beam profile hits my palette perfectly. I'm excited to try this new Beam offering and will keep looking for it at my local stores. Haven't see it yet, but sometimes it takes a while for new bottles to make it way out west.

Started seeing it NV in the last week. If you live in SO Cal, it comes from the same distribution region as SO NV.

This black 7yr is no joke. I don't know if they watered down the Bookers but it is good. It is not like other Beam Santori. It's nose is spot on to it's flavor. Nuts and caramel with a hint of tobacco. The label is great. My hats off to who made the label. Gotta love black and gold.
The black and gold is beautiful.
So far the 7yr has only had positive reviews. A positive sign from Beam

No not at all. I just a little old fashion and love seeing a cork. Heck I’ve bought $70 bottles that had a plastic cap. I just don’t want plastic in my whiskey.
