I like this series concept, it's also something I wanted to try with my XPan. I use it more for landscapes but city/urban photography can make fun too.
dope concept thx for sharing. also have some eterna; shooting 35mm motion picture. this is a great idea to test it out and see how it performs. love the xpan. might have to purchase! great clicks.
thanks, I love Eterna. Sadly run out of it nw and cant get anymore. I'd shoot it over Portra any day of the week. It just has a certain 'older' look to it. thanks for checking out my vid
The thing about shooting movie film is you really need to process it using ECN-2 chemistry to remain faithful to the movie film process and look. Quiet We’re Dreaming in Los Angeles sells, processes and scans movie film properly to give you images that truly look cinematic.
OverDubb all the motion picture shots on here were developed using ECN2 chemistry (BelliniFoto). Remjet removed obviously too. Thanks for the heads up on QWD, I’ll check them out when I’m next in LA
Unfortunately they stopped doing it plus looks like poor service also. www.reddit.com/r/AnalogCommunity/comments/edwyxu/really_sad_the_qwd_lab_folded_on_ecn2_film/?
Well, that sucks. I still have three rolls to send them. I think they may have been over their heads because it started out as a personal venture then he went commercial and probably got overwhelmed. Keep creating!
OverDubb that’s what happened. They make a home developing kit now. I’ve used it and it works well. They’re also going to sell bulk film soon. Developing ECN-2 yourself isn’t too hard. Give it a shot! The early days with their scans were great. I had some.
@@CertainExposures Yeah, I'm too lazy to home-soup anything but B&W. I'll have to find another lab that will do ECN now that QWD stopped. Or just be happy shooting regular C-41.
Rory Thorns thanks again Rory, I mostly expose for the highlights so naturally I underexposed most the time...Eterna handles the DR amazingly well, also considering the film is about 10 years old too
Nice video and the music was almost unnoticeable which is great

Do you ever under or overexpose your Eterna 250D?
