Hi Kate! Thanks for creating this video! I think lots of sewists in the Country will appreciate seeing just how easy it is to place an online print order. I also want to mention one thing - the $5/sheet price INCLUDES all shipping & tax! There is nothing extra to pay :-). Can’t wait to see who the lucky winner is!!
Yes! I should have mentioned more on the pricing!
Subscribed! I would print out M4M's Naomi dress and Mama Quinn slip, and P4P's Bear joggers 😍😍😍
Those are all new to me! I'll have to add them to my "check it" list! Thanks for entering!
Deb is awesome - a great person and instructor. I haven’t had her print anything yet but I just bought some Cashmerette patterns I will be sending her way.
Awesome! I wish I was more local so I could take a class from her! Don't forget to mention my yt channel in your order to get 2 extra entries to the draw!
Ohhhh I need some printed! I bought the Ellie and mac Be Creative and Cuddle Tunic last night that I need printed. - Angela @ShearPerfection Fabric
Yes you do!
I love SewYYC - I'm in Calgary so sometimes my order arrives literally the next day! I have two SewOverIt patterns to print, the Betty and the Penny dresses.
Faster than taping!
I am so glad that I found this lesson on paper sizes for PDFs! I'm looking into online pattern maker Seamly2D and needed to find out what size of paper A0 is. 36" x 48" is what I needed to know!
Love from TO!
Thanks for telling us about SewYYC in Calgary. I live in Ottawa but frequently spend time in Calgary where my 3 adult kids live. I would love to print the Ogden Cami and the Kitt Knit dress by Style Arc.
I havent tried copy shop printing yet but I'm excited to!! I have some Chalk and Notch patterns I want to sew up soon, so those would be at the top of my list to print! Also one for my husband from Thread Theory, a couple from Closet Case I would love to see how they print since the pdf's gave me fits taping together... the list goes on!
I can thank you enough for posting this! What an amazing deal on printing this patterns. Just sent in my order. Thanks so much!
Haven't ordered from sewyyc yet , but I will next time I decide not to tape! Next up on my list is the december dress, and a cocoon cardi.
It is awesome to follow along with fellow Canadian makers ! I am in Ontario ...I would love to have the Sinclair Joanne faux wrap dress pattern printed for me😃 Thank you for sharing !
I agree! Canadian groups are where it's at! Thanks for commenting!
I’ve used SewYYC a couple of times and love the service! The Sew Over It Mia Jeans will probably be the next one I have printed. 😉
Ooh jeans! Love it!
Great tips (especially about layers!)! I've had mixed success with printing my own. How many Style Arc patterns do I want printed?? Hedy, Betty, Phoebe, Parker...
I haven't heard of style Arc. I'll have go check them out! Thanks for watching
LOVE SewYYC!! Oh gosh, there are so many in my backlog to print: Yanta overalls, Envigado vest, Sew Over It Penny Dress...I could go on!
I'm loving all these new pattern suggestions for me! Confession: I had my Yanta pattern printed this summer and still haven't used it! My inspiration was one of my daughter's barbie outfits and I can't find the right fabric
Love Sew YYC! Such awesome service every time!! I have a couple coat patterns I’d love to get printed! The only thing keeping me from making them is the thought of printing and taping eleventy billion 8 1/2 x 11 sheets together... lol
Eleventy billion 🤣🤣 haha. Then YES, send them to Deb before winter is over. Don't forget to mention my RUclips channel for 2 extra entries to the giveaway!
Ashley D
I LOVE Sewyyc! I had placed an order ages ago and got so busy with other things it was like Christmas opening that envelope! It also arrived at my house a couple of days after ordering and I’m in Ontario! Love supporting small businesses! I wish every pattern had a digital option! I have a bunch of things from Seamwork I need to print!
That's the best feeling! They're definitely a much-loved company!
I'd like to try to have my AO files printed. I have Sew over it Libby top and Hey June Handmade Evans blazer to do next. Thanks for sharing
Ooh another new pattern for me to check out! Thanks for commenting!
Kate introduced me to SEWYYC and there's no going back to printing my own. Quick and so economical! Thank you!
Thanks for watching Betty!
So many patterns that need to be printed! I have recently purchased the Simcoe from Pollywoggles, so that would be the first I get printed. Thank you!
I'm going to write it on my list to check out! Don't forget to mention my yt channel in your order for 2 bonus entries!
Oh my gosh!! I've been wanting to try copy shop printing for ages! I'd get my Sew Over It Cocoon Coat and Alex shirtdress printed!
Do it! Total game changer
I use SewYYC frequently and it saves me so much time! I've always gotten my patterns shipped quickly and I love that Deb always labels the sheets with a sticky note with the pattern name so I don't have to unfold the whole stack to find the one I need. I bought a couple of the New Horizons hoodie patterns last night so those will probably be my next to get printed!
Yes yes yes! Love all these comments from current customers. SewYYC is such a great company for us Canadians!
I have been avoiding ordering PDF patterns for lack of a place to get them printed off. Thank you for the information on Sewyyc and how is it is to order. I would like to get the Made By Jacks Mum childrens hoodie pattern printed.
Great! It is super easy. Once you start on indie designers you'll never look back!
Great collaboration! I’m itching to make the By Hand London Jackie Trousers, so that would be my pick.
Ooh sounds fancy. I'll have to check out that one too
I've been #teamA0 for a while now. No time or patience for all that taping and cutting 🤣 Big fan of Sew YYC's services ❤ I still have at least 3 George and Ginger dresses to print out plus a bunch of Halla tops.
Amen sister!
I love SewYYC! I would probably use the credit to print the new Charms Pattern Princess coat by Gertie as this is such a big pattern. I also have a few Sew liberated patterns in mind...
Ooh that sounds amazing
Just started using SewYYC , a huge life saver and Deb is just fantastic !! No more endless taping and matching lines means more time to sew !!
It's really not even comparable, is it!
I have a backlog of so many patterns to print! I'm pretty sure she uses fairy dust to make them go faster because I often receive my print the next day even though I live outside of Calgary.
THAT explains it! Lol. Yes, super quick turn around
I would love to have the Kitty Dress from Sew Over It London printed. There are a lot of pages! And the AK Lisa Dress.
Ooh I'll have to check them out!
I would print the Mama Paige from Made for Mermaids, it's been on my to do list for far too long now! Would love to not have to cut and tape patterns together, sounds like such a time saver!
I'll have to check that one out! Thanks for entering!
Love Sew YYC, saves so much time. Would love to print the Evans blazer and the Octave coat.
Yes! Make sure to mention this channel if you order before the 31 for 2 extra bonus entries!
I would love to print allll the patterns haha:) But I would probably start with patterns I use all the time like the lantana leggings and palmetto pullover:)
Ooh I'll have to check those out. Thanks for entering!
I love sew YYC I am waiting to print Ellie and Mac Be creative and pattern emporium in my stride skirt :)
Ah yes! Make sure to mention my channel in your order for 2 bonus entries to the draw!
I have a whole handful of PDFs that need printing, can't even choose a couple to name.😆
That's great! $50 would be a big help getting those cleaned up!
I'd probably print off a couple dresses for my daughter and I
Awesome! Thanks for entering 🙂
I have a few patterns I would like to print Ginger jeans being one of them.
You go girl! Ine day I'll need a new pair of Jean's
I have been wanting to make the Zadie jumpsuit since the summer.
Ooh yes! Start now so you can wear it aaaaaaall summer 2020
I have a stack of patterns I need to print! Whis would be great!
Awesome! I like to order a bunch at once when I'm behind on printing, too!
I would love to try A0 printing! I have 4 daughters and am constantly trying to figure out how to print, tape, grade, then try to trace off my sizes... takes forever!
I would love to print out my most used patterns like the Hålla leggings, SUAT shirtzie, and the Mya by M4M!
Forgot to put my name! Melissa Doerksen
Yes you need to start A0 printing! It's not even comparable to taping
I love printing my patterns trough you. It was a total game changer!
It really is!
Thanks so the give away opportunity! I'm actually planning on making a waterfall front coat that is the perfect for large-scale printing. I like to get items with LARGE size pieces printed in large scale because it's just so much to put together.
Hmm that sounds amazing. I can't picture it exactly so I'll need to do a search. Thanks for entering!
@@seasonallyproductive it's the Lola Coat from Sew Over It.
I have yet to tackle printing my own patterns, it seems so daunting
Don't ever bother. Send em to sewyyc every time lol
I love SewYYC! Several kids clothing patterns I'd like to print and I'd love to try some overalls for myself :)
Ooh curious which overall pattern you're looking at!
I’ve had my eye on the yanta overalls !
As I’ve said before, I’m so happy that you introduced me to Sew yyc. Thanks again! I look forward to more of your videos
At the moment, sew yyc has printed my entire pattern stash!
That's amazing! Serious goals right there
I would get the summit peak and tami printed!!
Awesome! Super popular but I haven't bought them... yet
The Ellie and Mac Be Creative because I bought a panel set a year ago and still haven't made it into anything, and I would love to find some dress patterns for this summer!
Ah I love the be creative! Perfect for panels! Hmm maybe a summer dress pattern video is in order
@@seasonallyproductive yes please! I've only made the Wiggle by Patterns for Pirates so far, I would love some more summery dress suggestions 😃
All.of the.patterns. 😉
Best answer!
I have a few Itch to Stitch patterns that I printed in letter size (like, years ago) but just can't bring myself to trim and tape together. Those are on my list for my next sewyyc order. I have already used them a few times and couldn't be happier to have found this service. It's not just the time and effort to tape those pages, I really hate storing taped patterns. The large folded sheets are so much nicer.
Totally agree! Folding them up and stocking them in a binder is what sort of works for me, although not great once you get as many patterns as I do 🤷♀️
@@seasonallyproductive I am way beyond binders :) I have over 70 Jalie patterns alone . . .
Wow! I can't imagine taping that many pages together 🤢
Oh, I never would; 90% of them I bought as paper patterns. Ain't nobody got time for that!
Ah, gotcha. Ya, no way that's happening here haha. Even when I print a kids undies or toque or mitts pattern or something I cringe the whole time
