You can create a proper os from this if you boot from a barebones linux desktop, and ran this on startup / with a service.

Can you download stuff on it after you make it? And will the browser have to verify it first?
Once it is connected to a server, anything can be downloaded to that server if permissable. This os will totally run into a server, not in a local computer. For example, google drive is a file manager hosted in a google server, not into your local computer

Thanks for your question. Actually, Android os is a completely different os. So, it is possible to make a clone of the ui of android os in html css JavaScript. But it will not so much interactive like the original one. If you need an original android os to run on your browser, you will need to implement that sdk with your html css JavaScript project. For example you can check: reactnative.dev/docs/getting-started with a desktop, you can see a virtual android/ios device is running on the browser. Hopefully, you got your answer 😊
