this game would go crazy on a stage similar to spagonia with tight alleyways and straight lines. some curved roads here and there to drift. and multiple branching paths in the alleyways. imagine you homing attack an enemy above into an apartment then you have to quickstep out of it or something along those lines. Either way crazy how a dreams game is more engaging than any sonic game in the past decade
His hands are HUMUNGOUS! And I’m not a fan of how shakey the camera is whenever you boost or homing attack. Other than that, this looks like a great start!
Did you see the gameplay of Sonic X Shadow Generations and read the extra details about Shadows story and abilities!?! Sonic Team cooking with this one, I believe I'm getting my shad back.
Really nice blend of Boost and Adventure mechanics here. For a boost game the movement control is top notch, and the roll gives that momentum feel. Also love how the light dash gives a boost of speed, even on rails. Also Nice name, Sonic Overload. The fangame I was working on in the past was called Sonic Overload. :)

I found the metal sonic skin by accident by doing D-pad up, down, up, down in the cheats menu xD. One critique I have is having the homing attack on A button while the drop dash is also A. It can get a tad frustrating if you accidentally drop dash instead of homing attack. I think I see why Frontiers changed the homing attack to X. Other than that though thought the mechanics were really good.

Yeah I watched the full stage gameplay, it looks great. Chaos Spear, and chaos control gives me such sonic omens vibes tbh (which I like alot). xD
