Growth means salary as well as position both should be equal. If you want to know the reality pls come to channi airport, there is staff canteen is out side there will be customers service staff who is working currently in chennai airport with airlines and ground handling agencies will be there you can enquiry any one. You will get more clarity. I'm talking about the reality and not just starting package and gimmicks. Career is more important. I am not spoiling any one's dream why because I know the reality. Compare with other industries ther is very very less chance to succeed in this industry and also just any degree and communication skills is enough for non technical jobs. That's what I am trying to say.

Myself as 03 years of experience in Aviation industry
1. Any degree is enough to enter into aviation industry
2. As there said in video, no fresher will get minimum of 30k, actual pay is below 20k
3. No need to join in any aviation college or training institute to join in airlines or airport because once you got selected in airlines there used to give to training in all the aspects.
4. Personal opinion : Don't listen to those above like videos and get into the aviation industry. Its pure SCAM.

Aeronautical engineer can't work as a mechanic of the aircraft because they know about structural design of the aircraft. For aircraft mechanic there is separate course called AME (aircraft maintenance engineer ) approved by DGCA it is a licence course like a pilot. AME play crucial role in aircraft they are know as heart of the aircraft. Aeronautical engineer can't work as AME guys u need to study AME

Sir, Whatever u say, So many courses were already introduced in many colleges, universities.institutions without recognition from the Govt. Students Study there, but later only they come to know that course is not affiliated , they spend money more and suffering.
