I really like that you show the steps in both directions, also you do them really sharp when showing how they work, so you can really see how each step should look like. :) I have trouble keeping my leg straight in the 1 step after the jump, so I end up bending it or not really completing the circle. Do you have any tips on how I can fix that? Thank you. :)
thanks!! I really appreciate that! I would recommend you training it very slowly first, to make sure you control the leg, once you got it, try to make it faster
