Thank you for what you do. I enjoy watching your videos. When I watch, I want to start training again. I danced in school and after. I am now 34 and quit training almost 7 years ago
You are one of the very best bboys around the world Kaio👌 Thanks so much for sharing your wisdom with us. And it's also great to see that you posting vids for beginners. As i started breaking 3yrs ago I saw many of your vids, but they were way to difficult for me as a beginner. Never stop posting!!🙏
Great video, can't wait to try these out! :D I have seen zulu spins so often, but never slowly and so clearly, same for the peter pan. Thank you, I really like the way you show the different moves. I would love to see more videos like that, especially one about basic tricks or other easier movements for beginners. :) Also, I really like that your footwork is very fast, clean and sharp. Definitely reminds me of a ninja! :D
I like this kaio even thou i'm struggling with the jumpover/jumpback i don't land straight on the leg i'm using to jump it slightly bends and i don't like it but hey what do i expect it's my first time, can you please make a tutorial and explanation on the jumpover ? i'm practicing this for the Swipe.
Wow you do those move with tremendous style. I would not say that these are easy to perform in the same manner as you do. But thanks for the awesome tutorial!
yoo Kaio, awesome video! quick question about finger and palm positioning for footwork: I usually try to do my footwork on my inner knuckles with my palms elevated but there have been incidents when I have ended up hyper-extending my thumb and spraining it. I was wondering if you had any tips or practice drills to make sure not to over-extend your thumb when you try to do footwork on your inner knuckles? Keep up the great work, and thanks for all the knowledge!
Hey! I think it could help practicing footworks slowly and trying figuring out which footworks to do with your knuckles and which ones with your hands flat. There are some footworks that are more dynamics than others and where you have more weight on the fingers, maybe in these ones you can lean the hand flat on the floor :)

The zulu spin kinda looks like a pseudo-powermove. I might ad that to my collection.
If you are 30 years old and in poor condition, these moves are at an advanced level. haha
😁
I am 46 and I think these are pitched at just the right level for me, although I haven’t done breaking for many years.
Thanks for the lesson! ...great breakdown for dancers.
