im still in a Phanteks P500A DRGB white case and I love it. this is an impressive case, I think the front fan layout is super clean and visually pleasing.
without a doubt, it is a great case at a great price. It seems to be the chosen one for my new build. I loved that Phanteks learned from the failed connector for the d30 fans and decided to put a screw between them, not elegant, but at least they won't get disconnected randomly like the old plastic ones
@Loganimation_ sure, they designed these type of plastic clips to keep the fans chained. After some weeks they get loose and fall down, disconnecting the fans and RGB, I complain and Phanteks sent me more, but it keeps happening in the same spot, the top I guess because of the hot air they get loose. I had to glue them, then the problem got "solved"
@Loganimation_ certainly no one talk about it. But it is a huge issue. I tried repositioning the fans, thinkikg maybe the latches on the fans were bad, but they were always falling down in the same positions... I tried maybe 8 different clips, same results, so definitely not worthy for a $30 fan...
I got a Phanteks P360A back in 2020 after watching your build video and now I'm back about to build my next PC in 2025. Thanks to you I'll be building in the G400A 👌👍
Phanteks is a premium brand offering premium quality products for a good price ! Thank you for this video ! I was not excpecting this new P400A update : G400A
The front of the case looks beautiful with that speaker-like design. If I got that I would definitely want to take the front mesh off to expose the inner frame around the fans.
I really hope there's a G100A or G200A coming. I have no need for giant tower cases any more. Phanteks clearly has the chops to make well built cases with excellent airflow, so I really hope they scale down to ITX or MATX size.
@@V3nomoS I have recently been looking at the Montech Air 100, which seems fairly similar to this case. Has multiple fans included, as well as a fan controller too.
Love the build! I've thought about picking up an Aorus Ice motherboard, but not sure which one to go with because I feel there may be better ones that will come out in 2025 and not sure if I should wait or not. I can put the specs for my build as a reply. Would love some help!
For 100$ this case is a good one but, it seems to barely fit a 4090 and if doesent have much space is my only issue. I would definitely get this case for lower end cards though or recommend it
Great review mate. Just wondering though why do you need 3 bottom intake when your have 3x140 at the front which would be enough? And would you choose this or the cheaper Lancool 207? Thanks
It is direct intake for a 3x fan GPU. The front is to supply the top 3x fan radiator. Otherwise GPU would suck air from wherever. This keeps the pressure positive insiae the case (more intake fans than exhaust) so less dust will accumulate because all intake is from filtered openings.
These company's need to follow suit to what lian li is recently doing and make the power supply in the front, not the back with these open air bottom cases. The hottest part of the gpu is where the airflow needs to go, not seeing blocked. By a psu making it's own heat. The chip is literally at the rear of the card...
Same. I understand that it's good for when you mount fans to the top of the PSU shroud, but besides that niche use case it's just weird. I wish they would at least come out with a solid panel that's sold separately, I'd buy it.
I'm sorry but, what's up with the see through bottom of this case? The fact that one can see the PSU and the wires is absolutely hideous and just clumsy. Ratings. Pc parts (excl. Case): 8.3/10 ⭐ Case: 2.67/10 👎 Overall: 4.04/10🫳 There's just nothing wow about the build.. Nothing stands out really, it's not a centerpiece. Within the next 3-4 posts on my fed, i will have forgotten about it and not remember how it looks like. 🤔
4 RBG 140mm fans included for $100 is crazy.

Oh, i was about to get some D30's for my future build, you mention there's something wrong with their connection quality? Care to elaborate friend?

@@Games_and_Tech I see... hmm, i'd not ever considered that. I appreciate your feedback, thank you.

I absolutely love the clean curvy shroud around the front fans, a very nice touch.

But i can see their back panel problem is still here at 7:49
I mentioned that in the video 😉
I'm digging the front fan shroud/diverter idea! The thermals are really good!!! 🤙

seems like more and more cases check the box for bottom airflow, thats good to see.
This build came out great. I'm impressed with the quality of Phanteks products.
Been waiting on this case since CompuTex 2024
Off topic but do you have a spotify channel for your tracks? Bangers!!
And gs always coming clutch with aesthetic builds
Awesome looking case & Cool music ❤

Phanteks just improved what they already do well.
Noiiiiiiice! G200 for itx builds when?
I have the P360A and is a very cool case. Bought it back then, at 40€
You guys should have a line of merch that says "Away From The Case" lol
Good content, just subscribed. What is the name of melody that starts at 6:40? This melody with your cinematic skills is FIRE!
Easily the best case at this price point. Phanteks does not miss.
Phanteks has another winner!!!
Looks nice
That mobo is so silly yet it makes me thirsty lmao.
I wish there would be a micro ATX version of this
which matx case would you suggest me for a build? If i dont want to invest on additional fans for it?
@@V3nomoS I have recently been looking at the Montech Air 100, which seems fairly similar to this case. Has multiple fans included, as well as a fan controller too.
Asus A21 is a pretty nice matx case
@@dylanmonahan5909 it has the PSU in the front which is a bummer
Random case releases and every time the first comment i wish matc version of this
Can someone tell me what’s the song in the beginning ???
Are we all ready for the "Away From The Case" 😄
It needs a steel side panel with exhaust perforation so that the GPU can blow out its hot air out of the case.

I think I'll go for the antec c5 in white
Sorry after owning the Havn hs420 premium has a new meaning to me. Nice case tho.
G400A vs Lancool 207 ???
What would be your choice?
Try to set rear fan as intake. It may keep the cpu temps down.
It will make zero difference. The thermals are excellent
@GearSeekers Thermals are indeed very good but with filters on cpu temps raise, so radiator starves for cool air. Amazing case for the money.
when is this going to be available for purchase?
@JackTotGaming it's available but it's a Microcenter exclusive at the moment.... So you'll have to visit one to pick it up
Every premium case must have air filter at front.
Still using Enthoo 719
I love that case. Cable management can be a pain with custom cables on a dual system build.

Video just released which means it wont be available in Canada for a few months.
For me the front IO panel makes or breaks a PC case as I always had problems with those IOs
Woaaaah
does it fit a liquid freezer 3 at the top?
.............Welllllll i just bought the phanteks 523 series xt pro ultra............welll now i gotta return it
which gpu support bracket are you using?
Evolv X2 review coming up next
Believe it or not it's something you're probably not expecting. It's not the X2 unfortunately.

God damn 🥵
Wayyy to many fans for my liking, thats like 6 intake fans and 4 exhaust
Montech 903 Base $60 >
I really don’t like this new trend of making the PSU shroud perforated.
@@caldweab GPUs love it though

to be clear $99 is for just the case not the pc
That goes without saying
Great case but its so boring feels like every case they release is the same just bigger taller and more or less fans included
Away from the case you say!

Why not comparing other new cases L
We don't need to compare it to other cases. That's not the point of the video
