One dynamic not really talked about is the game is at Target Center. During Clark's time at Iowa, the Target Center was nicknamed "Carver North" due to how Iowa packed out the games there with fans. Being the closest game to Iowa, I kind of expect the crowd to look like the Fever are playing the Hawkeyes with some random Lynx jerseys thrown in.
If Sides starts the lineup from the Liberty and the Mercury, leaves the lineup out there, for 1st qtr, the 2nd qtr, the 3rd qtr and most importantly the 4th qtr Sides sits,, stays, is silent and never, never coaches - Clark will have a monster if Sides coaches Clark will end with a another headache
I said this in another video a while back saying that Sides should replicate the old "Seinfeld" episode in which George Constanza decided he was such a loser he would start doing the exact opposite of what he has done historically. YES, Sides should sit on the bench, shut the f up and let CC be CC!

4-0 today, let' s see if I can match that last streak. I think I got to 19 games in a row before I was up 3-0 one night and the Sparks blew a 12 pt lead in the 4th on me. The beautiful thing about the schedule going forward is The Mercury play the Sky 3 times after the break and the Dream 3 times after the break, so either they rack up wins in those matchups and keep those teams under the Fever, or those teams help pull the Mercury back while the Fever already will have a game or three lead on them
Really want CC and crew to beat Reeve today. More importantly, Mic, you need to do a video on what the heck Sides was doing to Clark in that Phoenix game. For example, the 46 second mark of the 1st quarter, and then why Clark was pissed enough to slam the chair. I’d love to hear your take on that.

I'm pretty confident that they will too. Trying to give Minnesota the respect they're due in my mind, and I know that collectively they're better than their parts, BUT I just don't see them winning today without a lot of help from the Fever

Sides is still standing because Clark has been towing the line to be best of her ability and things haven't blown up. But it feels like it is coming to a head, and if things do start to get ugly and public, something will be done about it quick enough. And if Dunn is stupid enough to choose Sides over Clark, CC will gladly accept a trade to a team with pro coach. But her first choice would likely be bringing Bluder into Indy. I still think that is going to happen.

You bring up something I didn't think of ... how upset Caitlin was over the fourth quarter in the last game. I'm hoping you're right about her chucking more in this game. It's always frustrating to me how disinterested she is about the noise. Everyone knows about how caustic Cheryl Reeve has been about Caitlin, but Caitlin claims to not pay attention to the noise. HOWEVER she did mention in one interview that it's hard to avoid it totally because stuff pops up on her phone. I can't believe she is totally ignorant about how Reeve said, "...the W is more than one player...." So I'm hoping that little bit of noise got through and helps Caitlin to come out gunning. By the way, we'll be holding you to your previous promise to eat your shoe if you're wrong on the Fever call. :) Don't mind me; just being stupid. :)
LOL No shoes shall be harmed in the making of my game recap! Caitlin plays coy, she can't admit that she listens to the noise, but she hears it. Just maybe through a filter (her bf likely). I'm hoping I'm right to because it's one thing when it comes form us, or reporters asking her to respond to the talk, but this time it came from HER, unprovoked. And you could see her seething, we'll see if it holds over or if she slept it off
She knows things for sure. She has a team that manages and filters social media for her, like what her parents did for her in high school when they managed all her offers, so she can focus on basketball. She's a fierce competitor and she's taking them down one by one this season - Phoenix, Liberty, Lynx, Aces, Sun, Storm, etc.💪🐐💪

But I looked at it again in a media post. When she threw her arm up, I could be wrong, but it sure looked like her face was staring at the Lynx bench where Reeve was and the expression was, "...take that!..." My comment is G-rated, but the Caitlin's face looked more like "...stick it...." Despite what Caitlin says about not paying attention to the noise, she has a phone and doesn't live in a cave. Honestly it looked like she was sending a message to Reeve. Again, I could be wrong.
You can bet that Reeves is going to throw everything she has at Clark. If there's ever a game I want CC to shine, it's this one.
