      EMAIL THE CITY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. They have removed the police social media stuff, I suspect the GOVERNMENT page for the city will also "disappear". You can try calling the City Attorney's office but they do not give a carp. BUT you can email the city attorneys from their government page online to demand they charge this DANGEROUS PERSON.

    When I was 17, I got arrested for drinking a beer in Jonesboro and at the jail the officer slammed me against a concrete wall knocking me out. I will never forgive or forget what he did. I'm 63 and hate them.

      Not really, it's the training, culture, and the fact that the majority of them rarely deal with non-criminals, so they just assume everyone is a dirt bag trying to get away with something. That doesn't excuse them, it's just the reality of the job.

      I'd like to counter this, and every comment that says "cops don't become psychopaths, psychopaths become cops" because their training traches them to act this way, causing traumatic experiences that reinforce the paranoia that they as a profession experience. Pair that with a legally protected "good ol boy" system, you can take well meaning individuals and turn them into violent and cold animals. Sure, people with psychopathic tendances drift towards professions they can exploit over people, but it doesn't explain how every single one of these videos has fellow officers just standing by while their coworkers literally assault and murder people. There's not THAT many psychopaths to account for it all

      It was a violent violation of the Graham Factors, which the SCOTUS established in Graham v. Connor (1989). I hope that kid is suing this tyrant cop, because a federal court should side with the kid when applying the three factors: (1) Severity of the crime; (2) Immediate threat to the officer; (3) Actively resisting/fleeing.

    As a former officer I can tell you they don’t do retraining. It’s a 80 hour course and they just go in and and sign a paper and go back on the road. No lie. There is no training.

      It’s a police car camera so he already knew about the video. He’s only appalled because someone leaked it to social media, forcing him to fire the officer. He said nothing about disciplinary action for the other officer who stood by and let it happen. So how “appalled” is he really?

She told me she has never once heard of an electric biker car catching on fire and that she doesn’t believe that it happens. Could you imagine being under such censorship that you don’t even realize that the electric vehicles catch on fire. And then thinking someone else is crazy for talking about it? Well, that’s what I think is happening with police brutality. There’s people that have never even heard of it, and I think they just refused to believe that could happen. Censorship works, it’s what creates mind control because they control your perception of the world.

    SHOUT OUT LACKLUSTER!!! This is my friend Tim's little brother. Billy was a great kid until he hit 22 years old and started to hang out with the wrong crowd. Man, it's sad to see him like this.
    I will tell you guys this. Had Billy not been in hand cuffs and that officer was not wearing that uniform. Billy would have box him out. Maybe they should put that officer in the same cell as Billy. Just to show him how it feels to pick on people that got their hands behind thier back. Because the kid that got slammed. He immediately had his hands behind his back.

    I blame the chief 100% for allowing this to happen after he was on notice that this officer was rogue and allowing this atmosphere within his department to fester. 100% his fault and the city manager/mayor should fire him also.
