The Supreme Court in recent days has issued a series of rulings that collectively have the potential to neuter a broad array of federal agencies, or tie them up in endless litigation that prevents them from carrying out their missions.
The court has been chipping away at agencies’ administrative powers for years, but the issues came to a head in the last week as it delivered three decisions that have upended decades of precedent agencies have leaned out to flex their regulatory muscle. Now, scholars, dissenting justices and agencies themselves warn, agencies could be severely constrained as they attempt to implement laws and exercise their powers

Overpaid, over-compensated, over-glorified, over-empowered, yes, but definitely not overworked. Looks to me like they need two less staff, if these two can use so much of their time, the prosecutor's time, the court's time and the citizen's time to processing this arrest. Looks like they have two officers too many in that PD.

The fact that he said "I'll go to jail before giving him my ID" and the officer just harassed him for several minutes, tells me all I need to know about these two officers and the department they work for.
More people need to do this, I was threatened to be arrested by a DOT officer for refusing to allow him to inspect my semi truck without a search warrant or permission from my employer, when he threatened me with arrested I told him "go ahead, I'll be bailed out of jail before you get off duty. I'll then hire (a local attorney who's kids I went to school with) to defend me, you and I both know I'll win the case.

A law dictating that a citizen should be punished for walking on one side of the road or the other under the guise of protecting them is outrageous.
Very slippery prosecutor wasn't doing the victim any favor but rather attempting to avoid liability for the city by effectively eliminating the charge without entering into record that it was officially dropped.

I would argue that Domestic abuse is the only one of those that is possibly dangerous.
Shots fired: They dont have to do ANYTHING about that (UVALDE for example).
Violent felony Warrant: They will Show up with a small army of people and fire power, body armor, and a Tank. (very safe)
Here are the things I think are more dangerous than breaking up a fight.
      Starting a Fight
      Their own mouth
      The truth
      flashlights
      shadows
      reflections
      hands/certain fingers

      Misjudging situations
      . Fear of everything/everyone
      . Lying on reports
      , depression
      , divorce,
      Drug Abuse,
      Prescription Drug Abuse.
Killing people who are holding one of these items: Bottle of Water, Pen Light, Keys, Keychain, Lighter, cellphone, camera, Bee Bee Gun, Pellet Gun, ID, Insurance card, Military ID, Stick, rope, paper, stearing wheel, screwdriver, wrench, dog, and just a week ago, Human Baby.
