    奶奶的食譜來囉~~
    『外皮』
    油皮:中筋麵粉和低筋麵粉各1杯,加半杯油、半杯水,揉成糰
    酥皮:低筋麵粉一杯半,加半杯油,揉成糰
    (油:豬油、奶油、炒菜的油都可以)
    分成24份
    『餡料』(依個人喜好添加)
    黑芝麻粉400g,加核桃、南瓜籽、杏仁片切碎各60g或70g,混合後加糖250g(糖依個人喜好加減),加金桔餅150g切碎,再加花椒鹽一茶匙,混合後加油30g、蜂蜜或水性麥芽糖30g,揉成糰
    分成24份

      @@carlynchoong4497 You have to preheat the oven first. Use 180°C and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
