Ingredients Needed:
4 tablespoons salted butter
½ cup yellow onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
2 cups whole milk
2 cups chicken stock
3 cups broccoli florets, remove stems and chop the florets fine
1 large peeled carrot, grated (about ⅓ cup)
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups of hand pulled rotisserie chicken, skin removed
8 ounce block cheddar cheese (sharp or extra sharp), grated
