yg is taking over kpop. they are the best at packaging their artists and giving them unique identities. they know the whole street hip-hop style is already played out among the boy groups so they went on a completely different route with the high fashion vibe. with the talent they have and the musical freedom that yg gives them, it's safe to say that these groups coming out of yg are simply on another level.

YG made a huge error by not putting subs for WINNER songs because they are lyrics oriented. for swag concepts with catchy music you don't require that,people already are attracted. that is one of the main reason why bigbang and 2ne1 are insanely famous worldwide but WINNER is unfairly sidelined. they have such meaningful lyrics but how many people will take the pain of checking them out later?

lmao bigbang and 2ne1 are the only YG groups, all the others were their own artists. Epik high was having hits before singing with yg, same with psy. They produce and compose their own stuff, yg has NOTHING to do with it. Same with akmu. The only groups Yg actually MADE are 2ne1 and bigbang, that's why those two sound the most simialr and the most simialr styles. 2ne1 was the "female bigbang" when they debuted. Last time I checked, WINNER is the only rookie group so far that had a great debut. I knew that once WINNER comes out, my boys would slay and slay they did. In my opinion, WINNER shouldn't even be compared to GOT7, or B.A.P, or EXO. That doesn't even match well. WINNER is WINNER. No one can compete with them because they're that different. Why's everyone talking as if they're the ones in the YGE marketing team -.- concentrate on enjoying Winner's debut, if you don't like it... well tough news for you buddy no one's obligated to please your liking. Winner's songs are sweeping the Korean music charts anyways, that's definitely not a bad debut.
I actually love all the songs in their album and I honestly don't mind that their title tracks aren't upbeat, these suit Winner better and they're all still really good songs. This style and concept is actually pretty unique for a boy band.

yg is taking over kpop. they are the best at packaging their artists and giving them unique identities. they know the whole street hip-hop style is already played out among the boy groups so they went on a completely different route with the high fashion vibe. with the talent they have and the musical freedom that yg gives them, it's safe to say that these groups coming out of yg are simply on another level.
What's great about YG is they let their artist get involve with creating their songs and expand their creativity. :)

YG made a huge error by not putting subs for WINNER songs because they are lyrics oriented. for swag concepts with catchy music you don't require that,people already are attracted. that is one of the main reason why bigbang and 2ne1 are insanely famous worldwide but WINNER is unfairly sidelined. they have such meaningful lyrics but how many people will take the pain of checking them out later?

i have no idea how YG groups/artists manage to have their own personalities. big bang, 2ne1, winner, lee hi, akmu, epik high, psy. they're all different if you compare their sounds. well maybe not so much for big bang and 2ne1 but still.
lmao bigbang and 2ne1 are the only YG groups, all the others were their own artists. Epik high was having hits before singing with yg, same with psy. They produce and compose their own stuff, yg has NOTHING to do with it. Same with akmu. The only groups Yg actually MADE are 2ne1 and bigbang, that's why those two sound the most simialr and the most simialr styles. 2ne1 was the "female bigbang" when they debuted. I can't believe you would call epik high a "yg group", THEY'RE NOT

I think that I heard that from his audition that he didn't fit the YG sound. But even though Taehyun was my bias and I miss him being in winner, I think he will do better and be able to grow on his own.

I became a inseo a week or more than that and I have been going to a winner spree since then and tbh I regret not stanning them before when they were very active. They are literally one of the best kpop artists out there but due to their company and no promotions they aren't very famous internationally.
I just hope that fanwars between ikonics and ICS will stop. This song is such a masterpiece even though i love the fact that B.I. wrote this, we couldn't disregard the fact that winner slay and gave justice to this song.
