Hi Bryan,To add to the story when I was 10yrs old i wanted Accordion lessons, by the time I turned 12 my grandfather asked me if I would find the music to Mexicali Rose and learn the song , so I did and to this day it is still one of my favorite songs.I have not heard any one play this song since I was 12. I am now 67 and still play, it was really awesome to hear you play this song Thanks! Keep on playing,it’s great therapy!
