Nice! - I have a suggestion. If you want new viewers to watch your channel, perhaps change or don’t show the RTI logo on the thumbnail. The unfamiliar youtuber would not know what “RTI” is and will just scroll past it. Perhaps write “Taiwan..” etc etc on the thumbnail instead. Also, the red color of the “RTI” logo gets lost in the images. It might work better (If you insisted on keeping the RTI logo on the thumbnails) to show some white inside or as a border of the letters - similar to the CNN logo on their thumbnails. The solid red color is difficult to read.
