I've heard " just focus on Jesus and his love , don't talk to people about prophecy they won't understand " 😢. Prophecy is what brought me to trust Jesus and becoming an Adventist . Prophecy IS THE TESTIMONY OF JESUS. Let's stop trying to set aside the 3 angels message and prophecy , and let's start trusting Jesus by using the gift given to this church to bring other people to trust him. What better father could you have than one who tells you everything that is going to happen before it happens to protect you? Jesus did this so we trust him instead of ourselves and know we have found the truth !
Excellent message!!! I’m really starting to understand the formula for witnessing and prophecy is the main point of it. I was brought into the faith by the Sanctuary message and it was the loving relationship of the couple that opened my heart to even hearing the message. Pastor, speaking of prophecy please look at the 2 links I’ll provide in the replies. I came across this when studying America is prophecy. It’s from 1988 and it’s Franks Zappa’s statements about religion in America. Talk about the “rocks crying out”!

To be totally honest_ there are only 2 things in Adventism at this point that I find compelling- the prophecies & the heart of Jesus that permeates your sermons! Oddly enough, I currently find myself attending Sabbath service in a NYC synagogue & learning to speak Italian_ 2 things that seem to only make sense in relation to my being baptized as an Adventist in Jan of 2001. He wrote a book called Reversing Hermon and a book called The Unseen Realm and one called Demons. I would start with Unseen Realm. Please let me know if there is anything in his videos that you do not agree with. It is very eye opening. You know the sons of Seth were not all good and the daughters of Cain are not all evil. There is no basis for that belief. That is just a small part of it. I’d really love to hear your opinion on Dr. Heiser’s teaching on this matter. I respect your teaching. I’m learning a lot. I’m not SDA but I am loving the historicist view. I was raised premil. I’m out of that now. If I have time, maybe I'll look up some verses for you but it would be better for you to listen.

There is no such thing as a spiritual Israel or an adopted Israelites. If there are, you have to prove it from the scriptures and not of your opinion. Chris words are in fact a testimony because it's not of man but of the father that sent Him. The words of the Heavenly Father need no evidence because they're self-evident and cannot go out void or fail to occur. His testimony must not be compared with the testimony of man.

Everyone has a different story on how they came to Christ, but always led by the Spirit.
